“A very special find”
Reviewed September 16, 2012

We spent four days at Sunflower Hill in August 2012. We loved the friendly atmosphere. We stayed in a family suite, the Garret which was perfect for the four of us. Our teenage daughters loved the cookies and M and Ms left out each afternoon. The breakfast was delicious with homemade bread, waffles, muffins and lots of lovely fresh fruit. The staff were helpful without being intrusive. They have thought of all the little details - snacks and drinks can be purchased, a fridge and ice machine are available. Lovely pool and garden. Laundry facilities are a real bonus too. We would love to go back.

The inn is charming with lovely grounds and a fabulous buffet breakfast. I would splurge and stay in on of their two deluxe rooms that are on the second floor and have a balcony overlooking the grounds and hills. Everything was there that one expects from a first class inn except there is no wine in the afternoon. After all this is Utah and many places do not serve wine so be sure to bring your own.
The pool area is very inviting but it needs umbrellas for the hot afternoon sun.

This must be the best in Moab! Everything here is A1. The accomodations are lovely and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. That's most important to me!
The service is gentle and kind. The employees are terrific! The food is outstanding. The breakfast garden is wonderful. We had a fabulous experience and would definitely go back, no question! Highly recommended!

Room Tip: We stayed in two of the rooms as we had to move after our second day and were sorry to have to leave...

The room was cute and comfortable, the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Pool and hot tub in the garden, little snacks in the living room, everything makes you wanna stay!
Definitely worth the price!

We stayed for 3 nights in the Arbor room, lovely decor, very comfy bed and good breakfast (fresh fruit, homemade oatmeal, eggs bacon and other bites) which changed daily.

There is a pool and hot tub for guests to use and a wonderful porch with rocking chairs to relax in. There are also good facilities for guests including a fridge and freezer, washing machine and drier, tea and coffee making facilities. Great base for exploring the national park but set a few blocks away from town centre for peace and quiet. Would recommend.

Four of us in two rooms. Wonderful location, lovely rooms, each different and an excellent breakfast. Would have liked to have stayed one more night just to enjoy the amenities - pool, garden, and the complimentary M and Ms and snacks.

BEAUTIFUL stay in Moab away from the busy main street but very close to all restaurant's and attractions. We stayed in the Garden room and it was very clean and comfortable and the property is just beautiful. The two houses on the property are decorated so nicely and you really feel like you are staying in a high class place. I must say the FOOD was amazing!! Throughout the day snacks in the main house are out on the table and BREAKFAST is unbelievable. This was the first time we stayed in a B&B where it was buffet style From 8-9 and we will now only stay in B&B's that operate like this so we can adhere to our own schedule instead of timing everything around breakfast. If you like the true sit down with everyone and eat and talk then that may be disappointing for you--we went in and ate and then were off to the parks! The owners and staff are very polite and helpful and they have available tons of literature on previous guest recommendations as well as their own in binders and books. The pool is very nice and great to jump into after a long hot day in arches!Overall this is definitely an AMAZING option for those who want peace and quiet and want a more upscale atmosphere then the local days inn and best western!
