We have stayed here probably 10 times. We have loved it every time. The staff is outstanding, Greg and his cook provide a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are beautiful ,in the summer the pool is very pleasant. Quiet an AC and heating. A delightful getaway. Highly recommend for a couples retreat anytime of year!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: We have only stayed in the newer addition to the ranch house. All rooms are lovely.

My wife and I just returned from Moab. Stayed 3 nights at Sunflower Hill. Everything was perfect. Located in an oasis a couple of blocks from Main Street. Wonderful breakfasts. Excellent and spotless rooms. Friendly staff. Great pool. Perfect in every respect. Far superior to the chain motels that predominate the area.

We stay here for three days and did not want to leave. Each rooms were unique. There is not a bad rooms. We know this, because my friends took 7 rooms out of this B & B. all of us were extremely happy with each of their rooms. Service was wonderful and the breakfasts were tasty. There are a lot of motels in Moab, stay here and be relax,

Room Tip: Check their web site for the rooms that attractive you the best, sine they are so difference,

Beautiful property - grounds like a botanical garden. Great in-town location but secluded and private. Well appointed room with very comfortable bed. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Wonderful breakfast with hot entree and home made breads, muffins, and scones. Afternoon snack.

Highly recommended!

Room Tip: We had the Arbor room and liked it because of the separate entrance and entryway.

Great B&B in a very interesting town, Moab outdoor centre for Southern Utah. The hotel is spacious with lovely gardens, green after all the the red and oranges of our 5 NP ventures. The room was superb and the breakfasts were great, different foods every day. The hosts are all very friendly and informative. I am a big fan of quality American B&B s and this place is quality. Town is a short walk away, a rather dark short walk away.Restaurants vary, we had 2 superb meals with proper, normal portions and a bottle of local Utah red wine- Very good. Close by was our favourite National Park- ARCHES. Favourite hike of our hols the Fiery Furnace with an excellent NP ranger. A great town with unseasonably hot ,boiling weather. Great!!!

Very attractive place. Great breakfast. Nice people. Lawn needed mowing however, the whole time we were there. Also felt it was a bit spendy.

The Sunflower Hill is an unassuming B&B in Moab that is off the beaten path. The rooms are very comfortable (we had a room that easily accommodated our family of 4), the inn keepers are wonderful people, and the breakfast is divine. The lobby is a great place to hang out and meet the other guests after a hard day of hiking in the mountains. The lobby is full of comfy furniture, warm and cold drinks, fresh pastries and cakes, and lots of cookies, candy, books, guides, and magazines. We let the inn keepers know that one of our children had some food allergies, and they voluntarily baked special cookies just for her!
