Stayed for 5 days in March and recieved the winter rate of $75 which was very reasonable. Nice clean B&B in a quiet location near the golf course. The two hosts are extremely nice folks that helped us plan some of our Moab activities. Both hosts are european and speak several langauges which was an extra treat since my wife is French. I can easily recommend this B&B for anyone traveling to Moab.

Just a couple miles beyond all of the touristy inns of central Moab, this little B&B run by two super friendly Belgians is a real oasis in the desert. We had the sunrise room with two huge queen beds and a comfy carpeted floor. Flip flops and two terry cloth robes were hanging in the closet to stay warm on the way out to the backyard hot tub under the stars. Breakfast consisted of yummy freshly-made belgian waffles and some fruit/bread. Overall, nothing fancy, but great value at 100 bucks.

While Desert Hills Bed and Breakfast is a good place to stay in, it is slightly remote from the main street in Moab.
The Family/Friends suite is a good option, It has access to the back deck, a small livingroom area, but the bedrooms share a bathroom and the suite is not completely detached from the house, which is a bit awkward and not sufficiently described on the website.
