What a wonderful environment, from the moment you step in, to the moment you walk out the door, you are made to feel so welcome. Anna and Vic truly share their home and make everyone feel like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are great. However, what I appreciated the most was the care they took with me. I came down with a cold on our last morning and I requested to eat in the room. No problem. Vic sent up a great breakfast. Just what I needed being far from home and not feeling well. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

We felt very welcome. Our room was simple and nice. Vic and Anna gave us good tips on what to do in the area. Breakfast was different and delicious every day (we stayed four nights). Free soft drinks, coffee and cookies were available the whole day. There is a hot tub you can use whenever you like, also at night, to look at the sky. If we return to Moab, we would definitively come back to this location.

I stayed here with my sister in March, she's already written a glowing review and I certainly echo her sentiments as I do with the other reviewers comments about this place. I can say wholeheartedly that these are not at all exaggerated. This bed and breakfast is well kept, spotlessly clean, bed comfy, room well roomy, breakfasts delicious and plentiful. Anna was a mine of useful and interesting information. Vic even did my favourite breakfast dish twice for me :0). To sum up great place, great hosts!

My gift to my wife for her birthday was a trip to Moab and our first stay at a B&B. April is blustery in Moab, but the comfort and space at Desert Hills kept us happy. We stayed at the Red Rocks room. Anna met us at the door and gave us a nice tour of the place, making us feel at home. Later, Vic took me to a trailhead not known by many, and we went down into Mill Creek canyon that afternoon. We had done the trails in Arches and Canyonlands, so we loved seeing rock art and new scenery close to the B&B. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. Breakfast was fun, Vic being the chef and the other guests being great folks. The house gets quiet in the afternoons, since most guests are out exploring the red rock country.

Desert Hills is south of town in a lovely, residential area. It is much more peaceful than the main drag in Moab, which is usually noisy and busy with truck and RV traffic. We loved this experience.

Our stay at Desert Hills far exceeded our expectations. Vic and Anna are AMAZING hosts! I love their "this is your home away from home" motto. Every morning they cook a tasty hot breakfast for us, and guests also have access to cereal, breads, milk, juice, etc all throughout the day. You can also use their fridge to store any extra food. The rooms are also nice and clean. We stayed at the friends and family suite, and it was great for our party of four. Anna's also good at coming up with an itinerary for you based on how much time and/or what activities you want to do. It really helped us out when we went to Canyonlands. I would recommend this place to all of my friends, and if I ever make another trip to Moab, I'm definitely staying here. This is WAY better than staying at a hotel, and even better than staying at a VRBO!

Debbyk702, thank you so much for the kind words!
It was fun having you here at our home, we really hope to see you again, you are only a few hours away from here!
As we continue to receive so many great reviews on Tripadvisor, we want to remind all of our future guests that our Bed and Breakfast is just a house in the neighborhoods just outside of Moab, where we love to welcome people from all over the world in a family friendly environment. Being at the top of the list for our town is great, but it is a very hard reputation to live up to.
We just hope no one expects too much out of us and our home.
Thank you again for taking your time to write this and to come share our home with us.
