Anna and Vic made us feel at home in their home. We spent 3 nights there in the Sunrise Room; it is comfortable and spacious with a large en suite bathroom and walk- in closet. The room includes a mini fridge and fluffy robes along with flip-flops The back yard is a nice place to enjoy a cocktail, relax in the spa or watch the stars. Breakfast was a real treat every morning, filled you up for a day of hiking.
The B&B is 4 miles south of town, so it is a drive to restaurants or shops. Also, Arches, Island in the Sky (Canyonlands)are north of the town, so you have through it both directions.

Room Tip: They have a 2 bedroom suite with a private sitting room, good for a family. However, the bathroom is...

We stayed at the Desert hills B&B for 3 nights during our 3 weeks trip to Utah and it was just what we needed. Anna and Vic are great hosts and we felt at home right away, the room is great and big and breakfasts were amazing. The hot tub outside was the right place to spend some evening time after long hikes.
You have everything you need there, other than the hot tub you have internet and tv room, kitchen access, with snacks, cookies and sodas, phone if you need it (and we needed that ;-) ) and the backyard to sit or have something to eat.

Anna also helped us with some really complicated travel arrangements we needed during our trip and by that improved our experience even a week after leaving the B&B :-)

we really enjoyed our time there and would be back whenever traveling to Arches.

Highly recommended.

Thank you OrDarom!!!
We loved having you here at our B&B, it is so much fun to meet people from the other side of the World and share our home and knowledge of the area with them!
We are so glad we were able to help you with your travel needs , it was just nothing more than a couple of phone calls that we were happy to make for you!
You've been to Moab before you met us and we hope you decide to come again, there is still a lot to see and do in this area, and knowing you enjoyed it so much makes us feel really good!
Thank you again for making our house your home for the time you were here!

This place was great. Anna and Vic are super hosts and nothing is wanting. The price is fair and the location is convenient, just outside of town. And I don't mean "just outside" the way some use the term in the West to mean 50 miles, actually about 3 miles. On night since we were tired from hiking we simply bought some take-out food from the local supermarket and dined in their backyard.

Hey Mark B!
Thank you so much for taking your time to write us a note on tripadvisor, it was our pleasure having you here and knowing that you enjoyed a dinner in our backyard makes us feel even better.
As you say we are located just outside town and the views are great! We love when our guests come to our home and just make it theirs.
As we continue receiving this amount of great reviews, we want everyone to know once again that our Bed and Breakfast is nothing but our Home, which we are happy to share with an incredible number of guests from all over the World.
We don't offer anything that you would not find in your home, so if you are willing to come visit us and enjoy relaxing quiet accommodations in a family friendly house in the residential neighborhoods of Moab, this may just be the place for you!
Thank you and we hope to see you again in the near future!
Vic, Anna and Andre.

We recently spent three night at Desert Hills B & B,and wish we could have stayed longer.

Anna & Vic are gracious and made us feel very welcome. They go above and beyond to make each guest feel relaxed and pampered.

They were also very helpful with suggestions with our plans each day, and helped us tweak them so that we could see the highlights of the Moab area. We visited Arches NP and Canyonland NP; both are beautiful and they were helpful in recommending hikes based on our time and hiking experience. Anna recommended a jet boat ride; we both enjoyed it very much.

They really opened up their home to us and the other guests, making their kitchen accessible to us. The breakfasts were great. And of course the hot tub was just perfect after a day of hiking!

We stayed in the Sunset room. It was very comfortable with bed, full bath and a sitting area.

As I said, they went above and beyond to help their guests. Another guest was having difficulties finding accomodations, and they helped her with this. Also, I forgot the battery charger for my Ipad. When Anna saw it, she called me right away to try to reach me before we left town. We were able to go back to the B&B to pick it up. I really appreciated this, as I would have had to purchase another one if it had been left behind.

To sum it up, we would love to visit Moab again, and if we do, we will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful nights at the Desert Hills Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable; the breakfasts delicious; and the hot tub most welcome after spending a long day hiking our way through the beautiful national and state parks around Moab. Anna and Vic are extremely gracious and helpful and gave us a number of great tips that enhanced our vacation experience. The common areas are stocked with information about things to do in and around Moab and Vic and Anna are happy to share their thoughts and recommendations. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, and home baked cookies were available round the clock. Overall a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the country.

Our stay with Anna and Vic for two nights was perfect. Anna greeted us by saying, "Welcome to our home, it is yours to enjoy during your stay." Not only did that include the best service, freedom of the house, great breakfasts, and kitchen priviledges, but also extensive insight and helpful suggestions to local activities. We already have recommended their B&B and will stay
with them again on our next trip to Moab. The value of their B&B wqas better than several hotels in the area. My wife also loved Vic's handiwork of jewelry making, and purchased several
pieces. If you are looking for lodgiong in Moab area, desert Hills B&B is the place to stay.
Thanks Anna and Vic. PS. Anna is the best Customer Service oriented individual we have met.
