If you find yourself in Moab UT, I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were very comfortable, well furnished and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities are available and it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

My family of three is traveling across country. We were booked for one night but ended up staying two. We LOVED Arches National Park. This hotel is about three miles away from the park. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There was always water, apples, hard candies or cookies in the front lobby to be sampled. We stayed in a double queen suite room. Along with the beds, there was a desk w/chair, pull-out couch, chair w/ ottoman and refrigerator. The bed was very firm. The air conditioner worked well but turned off in the early morning (5 am one morning, 6 am the other)~ waking everyone up. You can hear a lot of hallway noise. There are two sinks, which was very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and plenty of seating. There is a WONDERFUL covered patio to relax on. The pool is outdoors, it got very crowded and had very little shade during most of the day. The location is wonderful for wandering around the town. Plenty of shops to look through and places to eat. We did find it odd that everything closes around 9pm though. We would stay here again.

We stayed two nights at the Best Western Canyonlands while visiting Arches National Park. We have a large family and found a great room at this best western. It is essentially a 2 bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a great room area with two couches, table, freezer and fridge, and a nice flat screen TV. Plus a fireplace. It has a great balcony that looks out on the town of moab. The room is detached from the main building so there is no elevator and you have to take stairs so it may be an issue for some. The room sits on top of a restaurant that was playing live music. We enjoyed that while sitting on the porch and they shut down early (around 9pm) so it did not effect sleeping. There is the typical free breakfast every morning that is perfect for the traveler. Lastly and most importantly my wife lost her engagement ring the day we were leaving. We looked everywhere but could not find it. We informed the staff on the way out if town of the lost ring. About 2 hours later while driving across Utah the hotel called us. The cleaning crew found the ring and they are shipping back to us. Additionally the hotel sits right square in the middle of town and easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc.

Room Tip: If you want the big room ask for the suite, it is room 301.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Canyonlands and, for the most part, it was a great stay. The good-location in a great little town and the front desk staff was extremely nice. The rooms were spacious and clean with upscale amenities. Our DND was on our door one day (we had service out and someone flipped it). The manager on duty and a front desk agent promptly cleaned our room which was above and beyond and GREATLY appreciated!!!
The bad-it is very expensive for a Best Western but it is the nicest place in town so they have a captive audience. The breakfast buffet had a lovely bowl of fresh fruit the first morning but none the next day. The cooks said they ran out but it was only 30 minutes into a three hour breakfast. Better planning would have been appreciated! The first room they put us in had a smoker in it. Not the desk's fault but Housekeeping needs to communicate better to give rooms ample time to freshen up. Elevators do do not go directly to floors. We had a LOT of luggage and had to lug bags up and down stairs which was a pain. Finally, the pool was really warm. It was 106 degrees out and we were hoping for a refreshing dip. We met some folks staying down the street who said their hotel pool was cold so there must be a way to keep it cool for guests returning after a day hiking in the heat.
Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups along the way. I would definitely stay again.

We were expecting Moab to be a dust hole in the middle of nowhere whereas it was a vibrant and hip little town with this great place slap bang in the middle. We stayed for 1 night of a 3 week tour and did Arches and Canyonlands in 1 day. Would really recommend to stay at least 2 nights here and reserve a day for each of the parks - they are well worth it. The place is clean with a nice little pool, big rooms, had no problems with 2 parents and 3 kids in 1 room. Breakfast is basic but there are great restaurants and cafes all around if you're tired of the generic Best Western bagel, cream cheese and jelly breakfasts. The restaurant / breakfast is served on an upstairs terrace with some nice views towards the hills surrounding Moab if you eat in. We'd visit again.

We spent a couple of days in the Canyonlands BW in Moab on a family vacation. The room was comforatble and quiet and centrally located. We had a dinner in both restaurants located adjacent to the hotel parking lot. We had an exceptionally large room with 2 queen beds, a settee, and chair with a footstool along with quite a bit of room for luggage. The only inconvenience was the odd floor layout that puts stairs between the 2nd floor guest rooms and the elvator. That said the room space, location near downtown shops and restaurants, and amenities made up for any temporary luggage hauling inconvenience.

The hotel is well located, especially for visiting Arches National Park. It is a nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was disappointing. The tea/coffee served was luke warm!!
There are many places near the hotel for dinner and lunch. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
