The first thing we noticed upon arrival was that the staff at this BW were particularly friendly and helpful. An impression that was confirmed throughout our stay. We would like to especially mention Matt at the front desk: his suggestions, his friendliness and genuine care made us feel welcome from the first second in this property.

We were given a nice room on the second floor which was very spacious and quiet even if the window was right above the main parking area. The room was a standard BW room with two double beds and the usual amenities. The bathroom was sizewise a little bit more than the average in the US. The only minor point was the quite noisy a/c but we could switch it off during the night, since it wasn't too hot or cold anyway.

In the morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the breakfast room which is located on the second floor. Good selection and again very proactive staff who kept on refilling the different offerings as soon as there was a need for this.

All in all, a great experience and we would return anytime.

We stayed in room 302, which is a family suite with two large rooms. One room has 3 beds - 2 queens and one king. There is a bathroom with tub, toilet and sink and a separate sink/mirror in the room which was nice for a family with two teenagers. The other room has a dining table, couch, and kitchen counter with fridge, microwave, sink, plates, utensils, etc. Very nice! Each room had a large television but not HD reception so the picture wasn't great. The family suites are in a separate building from the main hotel, across the parking lot and above a restaurant. It was a bit noisy at night but we were so tired from the day's activities to notice :). This is a great set up for an extended stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. I am happy to hear that the Family Suite was exactly what your family needed during your stay in Moab. We have had great feedback about our 3 new Signature Suites and they have been equally busy. I hope that you will visit again soon.

Easy parking. Nice desk clerk. The room was very large and very nice. We did have a problem with the AC, but the hotel had it repaired at 10:00PM. We were happy with the hotel, but it really was overpriced. I don't think I would stay here again, but only because it isn't a good value.

Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by an enthusiastic staffer who went out of his way to help with room, x-fast and bike storage issues, including discarding my bike box. Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom door is a tight squeeze with the toilet but who needs privacy? :-) Pasta Jays next door offered excellent chow on quick order with a big screen TV to watch MNF. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, too. Hotel is located in the heart of Moab so getting to other shops and businesses is easy by foot or bike.

Can't beat the location of the hotel, right in the middle of town surrounded by resturants and shops. As visitors from the UK we particularly liked the friendly and helpful front desk staff - well done Rafael, Tessa and Trisha. Large, clean and well equipped rooms with a first class free cooked breakfast on the external terrace set us up each day for visits to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks plus Dead Horse Point State Park (views here to match the Grand Canyon). We are already saving up for a return trip and will definately stay here again.
Thanks for a great stay.

Pros: excellent location for the town and 10 mins from either Arche or Canyonlands parks. resturants nearby, especially Peace one, next door is excellent
Rooms are fine and not noisy. Sort of clean but abit old fashioned. Fine for what you pay
Service is ok though outward appearances not to go by

Cons: breakfast is poor. plastic everything incl the eggs! Small dining area, you end up eating on the go. poor show.

pool is clean but crowded at end of day. Very cosmopolitan

Worth staying here for the parks, which are brilliant.
Friends stayed at Archway Inn, which is more expensive but the same really (just closer).
Overall: know what you get and you'll be happy staying here

Room Tip: back side for quietness and 2nd floor

This hotel is located right in town, and it has very large, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, pretty large pool, mini fridge, two sinks with granite counters, flat screen TV, small kid play area - very nice stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
