Recently I was there with some friends and all of were extremely impressed with all of our dinners. We thought that the prices were very moderate for the food that we experienced. Chad, our waiter went way beyond the call of duty and made our experience even more special. Then we had a drink in the bar area and bartender Elaine was equally as attentive. They must have fantastic training for their staff and know how to hire the right people to represent them.

Great experience and we will be back..

It's nice to be out of the Moab crowd and on the Colorado River. The room was very comfortable and the food on the paito is very good. They have a wine tasting on site and the wines are also very good. They even gave me a military discount. Hard to beat when visiting Moab.

After spending three wonderful days in Moab, Utah little did we know that the best was yet to come. On Sunday October 7th, we found our way to the Cowboy Grill at Red Cliff Lodge just as the sun was going down. We were greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant young lady who escorted us to the dining room. The dinner hour was beginning and we were esigned an exceptional server named Chad Gregory. The atmosphere was lovely with the natural beauty outside of the dining room and the food was exceptional. I am always a little hesitant to order "local" wine but not to worry the Castle Creek red was wonderful. The food and wine were great but Chad really made the evening for us. He was so friendly, knowlegeable and unrushed that our exerience was enhanced in every way. Kudos to Chad as well as the entire staff at the Cowboy Grill. I would go out of my way to go back!

This ranch is amazing. Not only are the accommodations wonderful, the scenery gorgeous but the service is impeccable. Lou, the hostess/server at Red Cliff's Restaurant is friendly, professional and gives 110% to make your experience as grand as the scenery. Great job to all staff but particularly, Lou!

We really enjoyed our trip out to the Red Cliffs Lodge. What a gorgeous setting and we lucked out that the moon was full so had quiet a view!!! The staff was very accommodating of our party of 6 and after we requested to sit outside they were very gracious and set up another table for us inside since we felt it was too cool and windy. Chad our waiter was super nice and made us feel welcome! The food was good but the star of the evening was definitely the view!
