From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome halfway across the lobby. We were given a choice of rooms. We stayed for 6 nights and got to know the friendly staff. This is a very nice property. Clean, fresh and new with a good location just a couple of blocks north of the busy downtown.
I recommend this hotel and look forward to my next trip out to Moab as this is my new home away from home !

Relatively new. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Good internet connection. Close to more activities than you can imagine. Moab is great for recreation and this is a nice place to stay. You won’t be disappointed

We stayed four nights in early October and were very pleased and satisfied. Very friendly reception staff, clean hotel and room. No views to speak of, but plenty around the area, and Arches, Canyonlands, and other attractions are a drive up the road. We especially liked the hotel's laundry facility-having it available cut down on what we needed to pack. The hotel is located on the main street a bit away from most of the restaurants and shops in town, but we seniors did not have difficulty walking there, and there's even an excellent restaurant across the street-Broken Oar- for which the hotel receptionist gave us a discount ticket. I would say that the breakfast is good, but nothing special; plenty to get you started, at any rate. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Moab.
