My husband and I spent one night here while visiting the Arches National Park. It is in a good location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Guest laundry for travelers. And, good restaurant across the street where we received a discount as guests of Comfort Suites. We recommend this hotel and would stay againl.

We stayed here on our way to Arches NP, it’s really close to that and being right in Moab is a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk girl appeared to be working alone because when we got there to check in there was a lady in front of us to check in and she said she’d been there 15 minutes. There was no staff in site. The girl said she had to go fix a TV in a room. She apologized multiple times. Not her fault. The breakfast was decent. It’s within walking distance to to town. We loved our stay here in Moab and would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Great location in Moab. Convenient to parks, and within walking distance of many restaurants.
Several Little things stood out for me. I really appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom and the choice of pillows on the bed. Also, a bag breakfast/snack for those who leave before breakfast starts at 6:30. It is those little differences that, for me, differentiate the hotels from each other.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your praise, it means alot! I wish I could be unbiased but I cannot, we have the comfiest pillows around! Also those breakfast bags are indeed a welcome treat. In this area, we have such early risers, some just do not have time to sit down and eat. Therefore Comfort Suites in Moab likes to take steps to ensure everyone gets a great start to their day!

Way better than expected, this was a beautiful property. The King room was spacious and very comfortable. The property was lovely and well maintained and appeared to be fairly new. The breakfast was terrific with a wide variety of hot and cold choices and a couple very large attractive seating areas. Although not located in the actual downtown area, it was within walking distance. We stayed here 2 nights while exploring the National Parks and couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Hotel is centrally located to the Parks and the center of Moab. There was some mix up at check in because we had a new staff member and she put us in a room next to the elevator even though we discussed it at check in that we didn't want that. She messed up on the layout of the rooms but she resolved it quickly and apologized. The room is fine and the breakfast is adequate and is slightly varied but after a few nights it does get a bit repetitive. The pool is small and the towels are so small they barely cover you! The weird thing was that staffing must have been an issue because there was no one at the front desk almost every time we passed by. They even had a note propped up apologizing no one was there and to come back later. We would call down to the front desk and were told to call back later because she was by herself and couldn't help us. Besides the staffing issue, the hotel met our needs and was acceptable. We booked this hotel well in advance, however, when our vacation got closer, the rates went down so we cancelled and rebooked at the cheaper price. Cancellation policy very flexible.
