We had a great experience with the Comfort Suites. The room was what and where we requested, check-in was a breeze, the front desk was very polite. The location is good although not within walking distance to some shops. We had our car so this was not a consideration for us. Expect hotels in Moab to be expensive but this was a little less so.
The only area that was lacking a little was housekeeping. Some items were not replenished each day necessitating a trip to the front desk. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. If that is a priority, there are several coffee/breakfast places that would be much better.

The Comfort Suite room was more than adequate for a two night stay. The cost was a little high, but the location and breakfast proved to offset this fact. The staff was congenial and helpful as to places to eat and places to find items that were needed.

My husband and I just stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We were very satisfied with the staff, breakfast and over all facility. The staff was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the area. Breakfast was good, although eggs were cold one morning. The hot tub is to die for after a long day on the trails. We will be back!
Good luck to Charles on his training for a management position.

We found no hot water in the room. Breakfast was a disorganized mess. Tried to use the hotel computer to print directions, as I am aware we are heading into very remote areas. Abandoned that idea when I figured I could probably make the trek before the page loaded. Staff was friendly enough. Room was clean and decent - barring no hot water. Beds and bedding are comfortable. Maybe they figure after spending the day in the high desert, you just want a refreshing shower.

Nice hotel upon walking into the lobby, but when we opened the door to our room...wow, such a surprise! The very spacious room had a separate seating area with a sectional sofa and a desk area, and the beds were on the other side of a half pony wall. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. There were plenty of phone charging outlets available bedside and in other areas of the room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. It's not the cheapest hotel you can find..but I'd say it's definitely worth the little extra expense. We were very impressed!
