We had read the reviews, but were skeptical. We were pleased that the reviews were accurate. The local owners were friendly, the location was convenient to the Arches, Canyonlands, and Potash Rd (which you have to take the time to see). The little park area was relaxing at the end of the day. Hate to give it too high of a rating ` cause that will make it harder to get a room. We will be back!

If you are looking for an economical, place to crash while you explore the Natl' Parks and outdoor sporting amenities of southern Utah this is the perfect choice! Their location, on the fringe of downtown Moab, is just a 10 minute drive to Arches Nat'l parka and short drive to Main St shops, bars and restaurants.

The proprietors are friendly and helpful, the rates won't dent your budget and the rooms are spotlessly clean. This is a basic motel property but they offer complimentary in room Wi-Fi (good, hi-speed access) and have updated flat TV screen with premium movie channels. They also have laundry facilities and provide complimentary morning coffee in the main office area.

It's no frills....they don't provide much in the way of soap and shampoo in the bathroom or extra towels. I had to ask for extras as well as extra pillows but my requests were cheerfully accommodated.

If you do not mind not having a pool or other amenities and just need a place to sleep after a long day of playing, the Adventure Inn fits the bill.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the rear, the front rooms are near a major highway and if you are a light sleeper...

My wife and I are tired of staying in the large chain hotels and motels where you are just a number that walks thru the front door. It is sad to see the world changing from the old motels along the two lane roads that you met the owner, parked in front of you room and just walked in.
Well those days are still here at this wonderful motel.
The owner not only met us, but came to make sure our room was right for us. Really nice and knew that my wife and I really enjoyed the home town feel of this location.
Room was excellent, great bed, full bath with shower and towels like you have at home, (not the standard motel issue) nice touch.
We spent two nights here as the place is ideal for seeing the Arches National Park and other State Parks that are really very nice.
Just a short walk on main street to very good restaurants.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who likes being treated like family.

Room Tip: They do have a cheaper room, but the owner explains that it has only a small shower. She is really...

My husband and I stayed here on the way to Colorado for business. We found this Inn on TripAdvisor with great reviews. Very friendly owners. Clean rooms and convenient location. Very charming grounds -- lovely trees and flowers. Will stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here 4 nights in 2 rooms. I was in the older, smaller room ( no fridge) which is basic with double bed, tv, table and 2 chairs, small bathroom. Bed is comfortable but lack of shelving in the bathroom means no space for toiletries bag and their are no hooks on the door and only
1 towel rack.( room 116).
His room was more spacious with king bed, hand basin separate to bathroom, fridge.
Wifi was mostly good in my room and poor in his. Owner said need to upgrade newer section where he is ( room 126).
Friendly owners, quieter rooms at back away from highway as trucks 24/7.
Coffee/tea available on office 7am to 11pm but no kettle or coffee maker in room.
Recommended as very convenient,comfortable accommodation.
