“Great Bargain”

This motel was a gem! It has recently been redone, and everything is clean and neat! The beds, linens, and pillows are high quality. It's located right on Main Street with easy access to recreation opportunities. The management was very helpful and informative, and helped us plan our itinerary in the area. This is the place I will choose when I visit Moab again!

Live up to its ratings.
A cute yard with rooms. And they are sweet to have some cloth cropped small in the room for you to clean the mud from the Arches or around. It's very nice to do so instead of only forbidding people using the towels. The room is very clean and neat. Love it. Good enough and warm for a night stay in winter. And the crew are friendly and helpful.
And the breakfast is simple but I guess it's pretty good for a motel.
With your car parked in front of your room, you can simply warm the car in the morning, while packing your luggage and have breakfast.

The motel is clean enough for the budget travelers, the in-room microwave & mini-fridge are convenient, the continental breakfast is what you would expect from a no-frill motel. Wifi works well. All fits my needs quite adequately; except for the noise issue.
I am here for the Human Rights Day long weekend, one of the few busy days in the normally slow winter season, and some people were coming around 11 pm & talking loudly in the court yard, which I am sure every room could hear. Come summer, when people would come back from late hike/dinners, I am pretty sure a light-sleeper wouldn't be able to have a good sleep in order to catch the sunrise. And this is on top of the somewhat noisy air conditioning unit.

I stayed overnight at the Inca Inn with my family on 17 January. The young man manning the desk at check in was friendly, efficient and really helpful. The room was extremely clean. Although the bathroom was not large the room had everything you need for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly and a fantastic price. I have no hesitation about recommending this place and would defiantly stay here again!

Stayed night of 1/15--cold, clear, full moon, and crisp, clean air set the ambiance. Then we met Craig (possibly Chris). As friendly and proficient as he was at check in, it was during breakfast that he and Jackie rose to the occasion. With his rapport building and his passion to share his knowledge of Moab and of area shopping, dining and the variety of national parks nearby, he missed his calling. His students would love his easy nature and his creating talking points to satisfy the curiosity of his guests. Inca Inn is perfectly situated several blocks from Moab's shopping, dining, and outfitters area. It is about 5 minutes from Arches Natl. Pk., and about 25 miles from Canyonlands Natl. Pk. Rooms are perfectly satisfactory for a comfortable night's rest: very comfortable king bed in our room 116, room for one at a time in the bath, (hey, it's the quirky things you'll remember), cable TV, Fridge, micro-wave oven, continental breakfast-(if they serve fresh sour dough bread...grab it...it makes great toast. On an aside, for meals, see my separate review in several days for Zax Restaurant at W Center and Main streets.

It was very clean and the workers were very nice. We needed to leave a day early and they gave our money back for that last night, no problem! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely reccommend Inca Inn!

Staff excellent. Lots of local knowledge. Both rooms we had were clean and comfortable. Good value and the fresh baked bread at breakfast was a treat. The lads doing the cleaning were working hard. Moab has very distinctive red dirt, no sign of it in the rooms. The Mexican restaurant next door was good. We ate there twice.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the road are quieter. However the road is never that busy.
