Clean and comfortable room. Very polite and helpful staff. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. A great stay and great value at just over $50 a night. Close to downtown and only about 5 miles to Arches National Park.

Neat, clean, and easy to find. Staff helpful. Room dated but okay for my one night stay. Easy access form vehicle. Would stay again. If staying longer I would request a larger room further from the highway.

About as good as it gets in Moab for $50 a night for two Queens, good (free) WiFi, and breakfast. Coffee is served all day. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and everything works. The staff is very helpful. Really, really helpful! Room to room sound isolation is not superb but did not impact my stay as neighbors went to bed or were quiet at a reasonable time. Does not seem to attract a rowdy crowd. BOTTOM LINE, I had a great trip in Maob. The Inca Inn was part of that as I got a 7 nights of good rest and saved a ton of $ to put towards a few nice dinners and some wonderful day hiking in Canyonlands and Arches NP. Which is really what it is all about.

If you're looking for the comfort and amenities of "big name" lodging at a home town price, the Inca Inn is a very good choice. Though a bit small for a king length bed, our room was very clean, quiet even on a fully booked night, newly appointed and very tastefully done. It had a fridge, microwave and they've just added available in-room mini coffee makers. The bed was 4-star hotel comfortable, the continental breakfast very good, the Wi-Fi access supurb and there was even an electrical outlet for our computer. These folks didn't seem to overlook anything.

Four of us stayed here for a late autumn mountain biking trip. Very nice place, with colorful rooms, comfortable Adirondack chairs for lounging after a ride, cold refrigerators and comfortable beds! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good value; it will be my first choice on my next Moab trip.
