We went because our kids (17, 14 and 10) begged us to go. The gun show was a little goofy, the food was o.k. (the 17 year old loved it, the 14 year old ate it because she had to, the rest of us thought it was just average) but the musicians are quite talented and put on a good show. We left early because we were all exhausted from our trip into Moab, so we did not see the whole show.
If the cost is not a deterrent to you, then it is a pretty good option for entertainment with dinner.
