“Great hotel for the price”

It's not a luxury spa type hotel, but you don't go to Moab to sit around in your hotel all day. For the price, the cleanliness and amenities were great. The location is a bit of a double edged sword. It's on the main road entering the town, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. However, the traffic can be quite loud. Have a beer or two from the brewery across the road or pop in some ear plugs and you'll be fine ;-)

We have been staying at this hotel for years - and always stay in the same suite.
When we checked in this year the manager said it had been refurbished.
What a difference. We always loved it before - but now it's so clean and updated, perfect!
I do miss the little TV in the bathroom though, it was quite quirky. Also the breakfast was not up to its usual standard so we didn't bother going on the second morning. Hope it will be back to normal next year. Launderette and WI-FI available.

Room Tip: Higher floors quieter and suites are very spacious.

Pulled into Moab looking for a hotel, to our surprise the rooms are in like-new condition, breakfast was good, everything worked out perfect! Would definitely stay there again, the family really liked the stay
And also the grocery store is right in front of the hotel

Stayed there 2 nights. Good sized room with a fridge. Grocery store nearby & easy walk to the main stores & restaurants. Pleasant staff. Breakfast OK, but breakfast room is a soulless place, with no windows & made one feel a bit depressed just walking into it. Also, you must get in there early in order to get a seat.

I booked my room over the phone, was quoted a rate and received a conformation email. I later received an email saying they made a mistake and my rate would go up. I thought that if you make a mistake, you eat it... Not in this case. I was with a group so I stayed and dealt with it. The hotel has just gone through renovations and seemed nice but my room was not quite finished. Granite topped night stands but laminate countertops, unlike other rooms in the hotel. This wasn't a problem for me though. The outlets in the room were all so loose that a plug wouldn't stay plugged in, specifically the tv. I found three outlets that when you plugged a phone charger into it, the charger would just fall out. It was a small iPhone charger, not the bulky type. I assume the plugs will be replaced when they finish the renovation in this room. The breakfast that couldn't is what I'm labeling breakfast. If cereal is your kind of breakfast you will like it. The only hot item was the waffles. If you are staying more than one night you will be happy to find the McDonalds across the street. The beds were very hard but the room was adequate. The staff was courteous, responsive and helpful.
Would I stay there again? Probably, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Room Tip: If you need an elevator they are locate quite a ways away from the front desk so get a ground floor...

Moab is expensive and this place is no exception. Our room was rather small but perfectly sufficient. It was clean and had a good bed. Wifi almost didn't work at all. Breakfast was very simple and served in a dull and windowless room.

I just spent 7 days in Utah, 5 different hotels. This one was by far the worst.
1. Overpriced 420.00 for 2 nights
2. At 2pm our room wasn't ready yet
3. The bed type was wrong, when we asked to change it they said there were no rooms left.... Yet the vacancy sign was on...
4. The ac made a horrible noise, they came to fix it and then it didn't work at all. Nothing like trying to sleep in 101 degree weather.
5. The customer service sucked, the blond at the front was worthless.
6. The worst breakfast I have ever experienced... Ever!

Other than this hotel, Utah and moab specifically is an awesome place to visit.
