“Great morning hike”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

This is a 2 1/4 mile (each way) trail with some stream crossings to Morning Glory Arch. Cool early (and probably late) in the day, not crowded. Nice change of pace from Arches and Canyonlands.

“A moderate effort trail”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

The trail is about 2+ miles from the parking area, along a series of canyon walls, to the end where people rappel down the canyon walls. There is a stream that runs from these canyon walls and the trail follows this stream. The flora is an interesting of what appears to be an oasis that includes dense foliage, cactus and what appears to be a variety of bamboo. You might find it enjoyable to hike away from the trails a little and explore. The overall trip will take about 4 hours of leisurely hiking. Bring plenty of drinking water! Hiking boots/shoes are advisable.

“Shady riverside ramble”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

After trying to hike the Professor Creek and Mary Jane Creek trail but failing due to route having been washed out by recent rains we stumbled across this one. It was a very hot day, so a part shady hike upstream to an awesome bridge - the morning glory was welcomed. The trail is clearly defined and crosses the stream several times before reaching the Morning Glory Bridge where you can enjoy some shade whilst eating lunch.

“Fun Trail With Lots of Cover”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

Beautiful trail that takes you along the creek, over, around, and a few times you even go through it, to reach a very large arch at the end. There was lots of cover provided by the lush plants, which is refreshing and welcome in the Utah desert heat!
