I would highly recommend the Red Cliffs Lodge for an amazing get away! I visited there earlier in the month with my work, and booked a cabin for my husband and I to return the next weekend for our birthdays. We loved the view of the Colorado River from our room and enough can't be said about the service that was given. We ate dinner at the restaurant and our waiter Chad was super! We have already booked a cabin for next November to return ... this time for the full weekend!

Gorgeous views but that was all that was good about it. Room was okay but you can hear, very clearly, what is going on in the rooms next door. The restaurant was pricey. I ordered a filet mignon and they either gave me an old cut or tried to pass a different, cheaper cut as a filet by wrapping bacon around it. Luckily they took 50% off the price of my meal but it was very disappointing.

Room Tip: Go with a cabin if you don't want to hear your neighbors. Otherwise the river view king suites h...

the food and facility was great. We had an excellent vacation. I recommend it to one and all.
the views are fantastic and the staff is great. The hiking was a great part of the overall experience. Moab is an interesting mountain town with good food. All is within a short drive of the lodge. The weather was a little damp but our spirit was good because of the surroundings. recommend several be allocated to your stay so you can enjoy all the activities.

We love this place and hope to return again next year. This is the third time we have stayed at Red Cliffs Lodge and have returned to find it the treasure we remember. We have stayed in lodge rooms and cabins and found all wonderfully comfortable. If you want romantic privacy, the cabins on the river have a beautiful outdoor porch area overlooking the water and the cliffs; the cabins are separated for a feeling of seclusion. If you prefer to walk easily to the dining room, wine tasting, or trails -even for a horseback adventure! - the lodge rooms are perfect.

The design of the rooms is definitely desert, and the photographs of arches enticed us to go see a quite a few ourselves. We enjoy the decoration in rustic style, since we can always find modern in a chain. This is local and it matches the beauty of southern Utah.

Extras: The exercise equipment, laundry availability, and outdoor pool are added amenities, and we had no trouble with internet access. Good size refrigerator, coffee maker for early rising, and early dining when we wanted to start off in the morning. Good food, clean accommodations and common areas. Access to the nearby trails and parks are well marked and although the Lodge is not in the center of town, the distance to Moab is simple to manage for stocking up on supplies or visiting local shops and restaurants.

The view from the dining area is breathtaking, with the combination of rock and water that reflect the desert colors. Both sunrise and sunset are captivating with the changing light.

We love the ambiance and are very particular about cleanliness - we appreciate the way the rooms, buildings, and grounds are kept in top notch condition. The cleaning staff were courteous, had working, and always had a smile. The staff of this well-run lodge (the famous Ladies of Red Cliff) are sweet, kind, and being locals they knew the answer to ...everything!!
We absolutely recommend the Red Cliffs Lodge to everyone. Really #1!

Room Tip: We did not use the spa or room service this time, so we passed on those comments. Family wanting ac...

This deserves it's #1 rating in Moab. the setting is spectacular on the Colorado river and the ranch type environment and mountain views are memorable. the quality of the two bedroom cabins are rustic but appropriate and have a lovely patio overlooking the river with adjacent cliffs. Food in the restaurant at dinner is of good quality and reasonable priced. Given another visit to Moab we would stay here again - don't rely on any cell phone coverage and expect only to relax and enjoy!

Room Tip: Pay for the cabins on the river which are well worth the spectacular setting and views.

Overall experience of the lodge was good. Check in was quick and service was friendly. The off season rate was fair but could have been better. The view of the lodge is outstanding from the riverside king suites. Rooms were also clean and well designed. Those are the positives of the lodge. For the Negatives since we are off season. Staff was not knowledgeable in all areas. WiFi in the room was extremely weak and TV channels were limited. Lighting in the room was soft and you needed to turn on many lamps to get enough light. Lighting outside was also limited where you needed a flashlight to go from point A to Point B in the Dark (lighting inside the lodge was good) In regards to services available that too was limited in the off season. Lunches were in the box form and was okay. Breakfast was good however dinner needed reservations and the food was also okay at best. Service was "local" and friendly and they seem to do their best. If you are planning not to be in the hotel for long periods of time then this is the place for you.

Room Tip: Riverside suites have a fantastic view.

The cabin was wonderful. Spacious, clean and the views along the Colorado River was stunning. The driveway that was lit at night was also very welcoming. Front desk and restaurant were great. Food was delicious. Will certainly return.
