This is the nicest, perhaps the only nice place to stay in the Moab area. It is about 15 minutes from town, same distance from entrances to Arches and Canyonlands parks. It is worth the drive to get to it, because the drive itself is along the most scenic road in Utah - as good as the parks - just gorgeous.
Our room was spacious and clean, with 2 queen beds, a separate kitchen and seating area and a private patio facing the stream. There is a walking path along the river. The breakfast is separately priced and well worth it. The Sunday brunch costs more but with even more variety of choice, including an omelette station.
The hot tub was hot, the exercise equipment worked, there is even a laundry facility. All in all a totally positive experience.
