“Perfect stop before hiking”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

After reading many reviews, we stopped here for breakfast before heading out for a day of hiking in Arches National Park. The food was de-lish and staff so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I ordered a sandwich to go, but wanted to split it. They were so sweet... not only did they wrap each half separately, but included two treats as well. We are all about the sweet cravings! We stopped here 3 times during our stay in Moab. Our favorite sandwich was ham, spinach and brie on marble rye. Yum!

“Great healthy simple yummy!”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

We were in Moab last week and ate here twice for lunch. We had 3 adults and 6 kids ranging from 7 to 15 years old and everyone loved it. I had a Panini sandwich on gluten free bread one day and a spinach salad the next day. Both meals came with a few bites of a side dish and a dessert - which is all we needed. The macaroons were delicious. Everything was great - lots of variety with the build your own sandwiches. Kids loved making their own choices and it was all healthy. Very nice staff. Not fancy but clean and pleasant. Loved this place after our energetic mornings of hiking and biking.

“Perfectly balanced sandwiches, brownie was divine”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

Ordered a sandwich (panini-style) with turkey, avocado and olives and other ingredients. Panini-style isn't my favorite but this sandwhich was just perfect. Not dry, not too much dressing (messy), and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. Added the "brownie" with rice crispies, peanut butter and marshmallows. Could have eaten ten of those. OMG.
Got a "shot" of cherry pie (a very miniature portion- enough for about one bite) and that was tasty, too, though nothing I would ever order.
I would revist this place if I had more time.

“Great service, average food”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

We loved this little spot for its location and friendly service but the breakfast was just okay. If we were dessert eaters, the bakery items looked delicious, but we stuck to the eggs and healthier foods. All three breakfast selections were just average. However we enjoyed the service. Very friendly ladies who were very helpful and jovial. I wanted a good cup of coffee and didn't find it here. They could upgrade the coffee and I would've given it a better rating.

“Best cup of coffee in 10 days”
Reviewed October 17, 2013 via mobile

While staying next door, we stopped here for some coffee and a light breakfast. How lucky we're we? Coffee was strong and hot, breakfast sandwich and blueberry muffin were tasty.
The place is casual and brings a mix of people. There were young guys readying themselves for some mountain biking, a couple ready to tour, friends gathering for a chat and us. The owner's mother was working the counter and she was fantastic. Her rapport with people was genuine and her treatment of the large group of young guys was great. She was almost like a mom, making sure they were ok. There was a lot of respect going both ways at that table. So refreshing.
Make this a stop if in Moab for sure.
