We were very lucky to find this place. There's 8 of us on 5 Harley-Davidson traveling through without reservations. They offered us thEircom house rental which was perfect and the most affordable. Well worth it.

My husband and I took a "free form" trip to 5 national parks in AZ and UT. Some nights were planned, others wide open. When we got to Moab, we found some very over-priced hotels and B&Bs. We were tired, needed clean clothes and were hungry. We pulled into the modest Bowen Motel with no expectations. We found a spacious room, in room fridge, micro, small pool and a wonderful woman at the front desk who directed us to one of the best restaurants of the trip, a laundromat and did everything we asked except the laundry! Definitely check it out!

A solid value in a Jeepin' community. Great breakfast place right next door. We liked where it is in town and the quick walk to downtown and all the restaurants. Not luxury but good accommodations and very clean.

Very large room. Nearly twice the size of other rooms we had. Clean. Big TV with lots of channels, unlike two others on this trip. Fridge, micro and ice machine available which was a big change from other places this trip. Quiet, second floor room. More expensive than others where we stayed on our trip across S Utah, but also a nice change in amenities. Would recommend.

Room Tip: Second floor in back.

Our Memorial Day family vacation was harder than it needed to be due to the poorly stocked kitchen in the 3 bedroom house. It was nearly impossible to cook in the kitchen (the whole point for renting the house!). Not a single serving or mixing bowl (had to serve a salad in a pan), not one cookie sheet or pan that could be used in the oven, 3 drinking glasses for the 8 people that it sleeps, electric cookware without cords, old teflon pans that now stick and need to be replaced, not a single tupperware or plastic storage container, no garbage bags and so on. Every morning we went to the office and politely asked for re-stocking of essenial items. No one followed-up. At check-out we finally met the owner who complained of our "attitude" -Someone needs to tell this dense man to train his people to 1) conduct periodic inventories and replace broken/missing items and 2) respond to legitimate customer complaints. We ended up eating out more than planned, so the house was definitely no bargain.

Room Tip: If you insist on staying here, the rooms are probably ok but do pass on the house. Also, ask for a r...

The guest does have some legitimate concerns however they are blown out of proportion and made to look much worse than it really was and I will leave it at that. There was sufficient stock in the kitchen to cook. The information that my office crew received from the guest was that the items were something to take care of and improve the supply of the kitchen items, it was not understood that these items were required right then and there. I did not actually meet these people but we did speak on the telephone and I did not complain about his attitude (even though I would have liked to). I do take offense to being called “dense” but that is the way it goes when people don’t get what they want I suppose. I tried to reach a compromise to ease his pain and suffering but his idea was very different than mine and we unfortunately did not reach a compromise, therefore you see how awful my place is with this review. I hope when reading this you take into consideration the number of good reviews and truly see through this one. As a motel owner I am always going to try within reason to make every guest as comfortable and as happy as possible. This is just a no brainer in any business.

We planned to camp that night, but were too tired, tried 3 places and finally and stopped here. Lucky for us there were vacancies, and we took a room. Very pleased with the cleanliness, space, and service.

The motel isn't much to look at from the outside, but the rooms were surprisingly spacious and quiet. The location was perfect, conveniently located next to restaurants, the laundromat, and shops of downtown. Everything was within easy walking distance. We had a room on the second (top) floor, so we were saved from having the squeakiness of the floor near the foot of the bed/bathroom over our heads. It was also a bonus that you could set the fan on the AC to run all night long to circulate the air and generate some white noise.

The shower was hot and clean, no freezing/scalding of old plumbing like we experienced with many motels on our trip in UT. The living area had a big 40" tv (which we never turned on), and two wonderful upholstered rocker-recliners (which we made much use of the day it rained and we stayed in to read and relax) like you'd buy for home. It also had a good wine-sized fridge and microwave in case you had leftovers or store-bought food you wanted to keep/reheat.

Room Tip: Make sure you get one on the second floor to avoid the noisy floor of the neighbors above you.
