My partner and I visited Moab the fall of 2012 on a group tour that gave us a few nights off for dinners on our own in Moab. We chose Jeffrey's through Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. We started with a cocktail in the upstairs "Ghost Bar" where we were served by and had a delightful conversation with the restaurant's owner's wife (sorry - forgot her name). Dinner was terrific, with waygu steaks smothered in sauteed mushrooms with perfect french beans (the restaurant claims to obtain as much produce as possible locally). My partner hadn't eaten beef in years (former vegitarian) and raved about the steak. Desert was a bread pudding to die for. Service was excellent. Decor was muted southwestern. If we're ever back in Moab, Jeffery's will be our first choice for dinner!
