“Good East Coast-style pizza”
Reviewed March 24, 2014

Everyone at Paradox was very friendly, and the pizza we ordered was very good, as were the garlic knots. The pizza was not overwhelmed with sauce, and the ingredients. The ham we had on our pizza was particularly good. Definitely would go back.

“Order Delivered”
Reviewed March 24, 2014 via mobile

We landed at Moab later in the evening and called for pizza delivered. It was amazing pizza, not too much sauce and the crust was thiner as we ordered. We also ordered a salad and it was fresh with good greens. The delivery person added paper plates, napkins, forks, and packets of cheese and red peppers. Very good service and food.

“Cannoli and pizza that is amazing”
Reviewed March 13, 2014

I live here in town. I don't bother making my own cannolis anymore because they are so AMAZING here at Paradox. They taste fresh every time and aren't filled with all creme. They are made with ricotta cheese, and are truly decadent! I think I visit here at least once every couple of months to get one! Also, there pizza is really, really great. They only thing bad about this place is that you have to wait until 3pm to eat here.

“Decent pizza with some great specialty items”
Reviewed March 10, 2014

We ate here on a Friday evening during our family weekend getaway to Moab. It was crowded inside upon our arrival, but a table opened up as we were looking over the menu. What is it about Moab and dirty, dread-locked granola types? They sure were packed into Paradox for dinner.

We decided on a half & half pizza, with side orders of their garlic knots and meatballs. Everything is freshly made to order here, which is great. The garlic knots are AMAZING. Wow! Might as well be homemade bread dough, as it was soft on the inside, with a bit of crust on the outside. The meatballs and marinara sauce were tasty, as well.

Now our pizza? Well - it left me wanting for something better. The sauce was thin and watery, which affected the crust. It was on the soggy side and wouldn't hold up when you picked up a slice. The sauce also tasted off - not sure what they put in it, but it left something to be desired. The veggies and meats were fresh and of good quality. We ordered the 14" pizza and had a few slices left over to take back to our condo.

I ordered the tiramisu, which looked delicious, but in the end was rather disappointing. The coffee flavor was on the weak side, and the dessert was on the dry side overall. It surely wasn't worth the $4.25 they charged for a slice.

Overall, I may come back here to eat again, if only to pick up several orders of garlic knots.
