One of the best trips/activities I have ever done. The crew are extremely friendly and professional. The pilot was excellent and the views were stunning - we could see for over 60 miles! Well worth it.

We had a great time in the air. We (party of three) were all ballooning novices, but we felt safe at every point in time during the trip. The crew is really nice and Lou, the pilot, is not only an expert in hot air, but also knows how to make the experience really fun and memorable for everybody. We had fairly strong winds (up to 18mph) which carried us right over parts of Arches National Park with fantastic views. The whole trip takes about 3 hours, with about an hour up in the air. It is somewhat expensive, but absolutely worth it.

A great experience in the Moab area is a balloon trip. One of the few times in your life you will follow mother nature and enjoy the beautiful view of the Canyonland from above. The excellent service from the whole staff was outstanding. Not to mention the skipper, we give him high five.

This was my second hot air balloon ride and it was great! There were five in our group, one senior, two adults and two boys ages 11 & 13. It was the highlight of our 6 day Moab Adventure. Our Pilot - Lou was wonderful and shared a lot of history and geology of the area, also recommended some good places to eat. Would highly recommend it for other visitors!

We were a party of 5, and for all of us, this was our first balloon trip. Two were a little apprehensive, but willing to try. We had read Canyonlands extensive site, so we knew we might get a short trip over flat lands, a longer trip over the canyons, or anything in between. We lucked out into a longer ride over canyon areas. I agree with other reviewers that the crew was very attentive and really worked as a team to create a safe and pleasurable ride. Lou was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area, pointing out areas of interest and discussing geology. Our landing was the gentlest of bumps and we landed upright, followed by a toast and champagne. Even the two who were not entirely convinced about the adventure at first were won over. For those who might be considering this and have mobility problems--I have a stiff hip and could get in and out of the basket and there was another passenger who was challenged to climb in but managed it. We did this on our first morning in the area, and so later saw from the ground what we had seen from the air. I definitely recommend this trip.
