“Great find”
Reviewed October 13, 2013

What a magnificent drive. This is a 16 mile drive on Potash road but it is beautiful. A must! We saw people climbing, Indian Writing. I can't say enough. Just a beautiful drive by the river and canyon. Did I say "a must".

“Very interesting Road”
Reviewed October 7, 2013

It's a very interesting road-16 miles scenic drive. You can visit it now when Arches and Canyonland are closed.
Very nice views. You can hike to Corona Arch. You can also enjoy the views of Colorado River along the way.
If you go beyond mile 16, you are going to see a factory which doesn't add up to the view.

“Human flies on Wall Street”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

Be sure to stop and watch the rock climbers contemplating their routes up the rock face. 60% of the climbers are women! All levels of difficulty here. Plenty of petroglyphs on the varnished section of the rock faces too - stop and see. For the adventuresome and 4x4 vehicles, Take the road up Long Canyon up Pucker Pass and visit Dead Horse State Park.

“Beautiful drive along the river”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

Arches National Park was closed so this was one of our alternatives. Beautiful drive along the river. Could not see Jug Handle arch as the road was washed out. It was very scenic. We were able to get closeup views of the petroglyphs. Views of the river were good.

“Great two hour tour”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

Worth the side trip down this road! You can see a dinosaur footprint, Indian petroglyphs, and hike to a great looking arch. Also with a 4-wheel drive vehicle there is a long trail that takes you into Canyonlands National Park!
