Brand new cabin, amazing view, clean, spacious, and most important, customer service. Alex and Karen went beyond all expectations to accommodate us. Our group travels a lot and we have never had such an amazing experience. Bravo!!!

The house is great. The owner and the help our out of this world. The neighbors were most helpful and friendly. We had a gread 4 days at this house. A few miles to the city center, and high enough to have a great view.

We had a group of 15 stay at Cedar Bend (7 adults and 8 kids 11 and under). It worked out perfectly. Each couple had their own room, the single adult did as well, and then we had a kids "boys" room and a kids "girls" room and everybody had plenty of space. The rooms are large and accommodating with plenty of roll-aways. We enjoyed the pool table/ping pong table and the hot tub as well. I just can't say enough good things about this house. My only complaint is that 1/2 the showers are free-standing tubs with enclosing curtains ("rustic"-feel) which are sometimes hard to shower in b/c they don't feel large enough and the curtains attack you. We simply used the "kids" bathrooms to shower and those were plenty big and nice. This one issue surely wouldn't keep me away!!! We hope to come back one day.

PS-I should mention the huge decks and view....What a view! Mountains on one side and red rocks on the other! Also, talked to the grounds keeper a time or two (Danny I believe) and he was super nice and helpful about the area!

Thanks so much for your review! That's great to hear that your group felt the cabin was spacious and comfortable - and that you also enjoyed the "fun" amenities (pool table, ping pong, etc). We'll see what we can do about taming those shower curtains ;-) and really appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you back again someday!

We went hunting in that area, stayed in lonebranch and had a great time. The place was awesome. great view, clean and everything was ready as we were told with a very professional and great customer service. we will go there again next year and I recommend any of their cabins.

Room Tip: I recommend to enjoy fishing in their ponds in the back of the lonebranch cabin and great trail for...

We stayed at Sagewood for five nights. The cabin is charming, with a full kitchen and a murphy double bed. The area is beautiful and we were there in the fall color season. Sagewood is the smallest cabin of this family-run ranch, so it is probably not the best choice for a longer stay such as ours; they have larger cabins available and they would be a wiser choice. It wasn't so much the size of the cabin but the lack of comfortable seating to sit back and relax. There is only one small (twin bed) sofa couch which isn't very comfortable for watching TV or reading (in fact, we asked for lamps since there weren't any). If one of us sat on the couch, the other had to sit on one of the hard kitchen chairs. I would have given anything for a small, comfortable swivel rocker. There were benches under the windows, but we had to have our luggage and travel items on them since there is no place to put your clothes, toiletries, etc. The office was very helpful when we asked about lamps, and they are very friendly. If you are a larger group looking for a getaway, I'd highly recommend this Ranch, since their larger cabins, two of which are brand new, sound wonderful. The La Sal Mountains were right outside our window and we loved the view and hiking in the area. It took us about 40 minutes to get into downtown Moab from the cabin.

Thank you for your review. We were glad to provide the lamps during your stay - and have now put in something that is better suited for that cabin and reading in particular. Our other private cabins (Grey Dawn and Wildflower) both have recliners and two couches. We would have gladly moved you to one of these had we known your preference for multiple sitting areas - or we could have provided a rocking chair as well. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the scenery - it was a pleasure corresponding with you as you were planning your trip as well. Thank you again.

We love Whispering Oaks Ranch. We have visited a handful of times and each experience is a new one. We have stayed in both the Grey Dawn and the Wildflower cabins. The property is well planned out and the decorating of the cabins had so much thought and consideration. The views are amazing and you could not ask for a better location. Although it is a bit of a drive from the town of Moab (probably a half hour), it sure is a fun drive and that time in the car does not take anything away from the total of your vacation, since it is just so pretty up there, and really a vacation in itself.
The staff is amazing and super helpful, too. We will definitely be back again!!!

Room Tip: Both Wildflower and Grey Dawn Cabins are great. Those are the only two we have experienced, but depe...

We arrived almost with the stars overhead, road warriors for 2 days, escaping from Seattle we could not appreciate the views until morning. WOW! and more wows....8000 feet-the sky bluer than we had ever seen--even in Seattle. The cabin super clean, thoughtfully decorated, my husband even liked it-no froo-froo. The views down the valley were peek-a-boo for we had privacy and space around our little cabin. The pine and oak an almost perfect balance with the territorial views. And the best part. STARS! The Milky WAY....and the few crickets remaining in early October added just the right sounds. We extended our stay to two other cabins. All were just right, even with the TV we didn't turn on, we love books. And being so high we had quick access for easy hikes at Lake Warner and Oowha Lake through the golden aspen. And a jaw dropping drive on the La Sal Loop Road. Bring you camera and video...you will not be disappointed. The caretake Danny and the owner Ali were in the background, helpful at a moments notice. We plan on going back soon, to the bluest skies we've ever seen.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Sagewood. The Wildflower and Gray Dawn Cabins all are excellent, Sagewood had a ful...
