Stayed here 2 nights in july 2007, it was one of 17 hotels visited on our US trip, and this was the worst. When it rained outside it actually dripped through a hole in the celing. The wireless intenet didn't work, and the front desk couldn't help - The pool had no towels, and the restaurant was a Pancake house next door!

We arrived in Moab at 9pm on a Sunday evening without a reservation. The Ramada is located on the main road through the town and we took the last available room.

Average motel room. Decor tired. The noisiest aircon unit ever!

It served a purpose but wouldn't particularly recommend it. On our 2nd night in Moab we stayed at the Best Western Canyonlands which was far superior for not a huge amount more.

When we arrived we told them the room was moldy, smelled and was below standard and we wanted to leave. They told us that was fine but it had a 24 hour cancel policy and we would have to pay since we didn't cancel in time. They offered us another room with was SLIGHTLY better but still far below our standard. We checked out early the next day. There was never anyone with authority, we were told we weren't the first people to have this problem. We wrote the hotel and Ramada and were given no satisfaction or apolgy. I even enclosed pictures of the rotten carpet, mold etc. Do not stay there!

Decor old and stale. Not very clean. It was very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel!

Desk would not honor the price quoted to us when I made the reservation, though they made the mistake in quoting the price to us over the phone. They admitted it was their mistake. Manager on duty was rude and unpleasant. He refused to honer the quoted price.

Filed a compliant with the chain but did not received a response in a timely manner... 30 days. I called the chain again and they mailed a voucher to use at another hotel.. which I will never, ever use. I will never stay at another Ramada Inn!

The Ramada is a very standard motel. Pool was very nice and our room (1110) had a nice sized fridge and a microwave. Location was excellent, we could walk to most of the bars and restaurants in town.

The rest of the stay was not so impressive. The bed wasn't comfortable, mattress way to soft. Our shower head was so low that the water hit me mid-chest. It took quite the acrobatic moves to get most of my upper body under the shower head. (I am 5'8") My husband is 6'2", I have no idea how he managed. One day housekeeping did not finish our room until 4 pm and then it was not completely done, our towels and coffee had not been restocked.

Our vacation wasn't negatively affected by our stay here, but nicer accomadations would have made it more pleasant and memorable. This would be good for a one or two night stay. I would have to say that after 3 nights, I was ready to leave.

My family and I stayed October 14th in room 2206. We arrived a bit early and were told we needed to wait until 3pm for check in. When we returned at 3pm, we were checked into a room which had not been cleaned yet. We decided to go to dinner while it was finished. Although the room was clean, there were problems. The tile was broken in the bathroom in several places and caused a cut on my wife's foot. The carpet was not much better. They gave us the rollaway we requested, but there were no additional pillows or blankets for the other beds. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable pillow tops. The pool and spa were very clean, but a bit chilly for so late in the season. I am not sure I would choose this hotel again because the price certainly warranted nicer accomodations.

We stayed at the Moab Ramada Inn Motel the 19 sept. : Posted approx 16 cards in the lobby mail drop for delivery in- and outside the U.S.
None of these cards were ever received by the addressees.
So, what's going on there? As the e-mail address is obsolete on their website it's not possible to get in touch with these guys.
