We visited this little breakfast gem while staying in Moab, Utah, 10/3/13-10/6/13. We were told about the restaurant a few days earlier by a couple we met in Zion National Park. They had come through Moab days earlier and had eaten breakfast at the Love Muffin Café. We followed their suggestion, and ate breakfast there as well. We were surprised to find a wait line out the front door (a good sign of a great eating establishment). I ordered the "basics" of eggs, potato's, toast, and bacon. The potato's were of the yellow or golden variety and were delicious. My traveling companion ordered the skinny omelet, a crepe like omelet wrapped around spinach, red onion, mushrooms, and feta cheese. The Love Muffin Café uses organic ingredients, and the employees are courteous and helpful in deciding on food selections. This is a nice location for breakfast, and lunch, and is located on the main thoroughfare in Moab.
