Beautiful condo very close to everything in Moab. You can walk to the ZipLine center, and easily get to restaurants and other amenities in city (if you can call Moab a city). It is very close to Arches National Park and the Colorado River as well. The furnishings are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the Oasis and the small pool and wish we had more time to spend there. It also had a two car garage. From what I saw, this was one of the nicest places to stay in Moab. There are only two downsides: a) we couldn't get any WIFI connection in this unit, which really is a have-to-have nowdays for rentals; and b) you need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor bedrooms and then another flight to get to the living room/kitchen/master bedroom. So this is not a good option if you have difficulties with stairs.

we are on an 11 day sprint seeing as many national parks in the AZ, UT area as possible. we rented a condo here for 4 days, and it is great place for slowing down, doing local activities etc. we r in unit 4 (in fact am writing this from the balcony) which is clean, decorated well, fresh - all things you want in a condo rental. it is 2 -story and we have a balcony on the 2nd floor, and a patio on the 1st. we have 2 teens - and they shared a room with double bed (may be a queen?) and bunk beds. we have made dinners here / grilled on the patio. and chilled at the pool. there are hammocks near the spring - have not tried those yet. easy access to Arches Ntl Park and 1 entrance of Canyonlands. a friend was here in the spring and recommended it. it is a bit more expensive that the local hotels, but when you factor in going to the gro, and buying breakfast food and dinner food - you make out better than going to restos for all your meals. i'd recommend to friends in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the most beautiful setting in Moab. We stayed in unit 12 and everything was fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a loft, full kitchen and dining room, great porch and 2-car garage. No hotel can hold a candle to this place! And there really are natural springs on the property. A great place to relax or explore, whatever suits you.

We stayed in unit #7 during a family trip to Moab. The spacious and well appointed condo was able to easily accommodate six. It was nice to be able to relax after a day of exploring in a family type of setting. The pool and park area were lovely. The natural springs were amazing ( and definitely worth a wade!). Don't pass by the hammocks either!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful few days here. We visited all the National Parks and were thrilled to have a home rather than a motel to go back to at days end. Beautifully appointed, lots of amenities, 2 car garage, well insulated, great kitchen-can't say enough about this great place.

We stayed in condo #8. Spacious, clean, cool and quiet. Very nice, but the real attraction is the lush green park with a cold, clear spring running through shady green lawn with hammocks, swings and places to stroll (through the little stream if you want to cool your feet after a hot desert hike. The area around Moab is full of fabulous scenery, but it's quite a relief to be able to escape to someplace green and lush at the end of a 104 degree day.

Wow I can't believe I continued to keep looking after I spotted this place online. Save yourself the time and call to book one of these units. So much better than a hotel and not that much more expensive- worth the money! The pictures do not do justice. We're staying in unit 6 for three nights and looking forward to it but wish we booked a week. The grounds are so beautiful. The condo is SUPER clean and just perfect for my husband, 6 month old, and parents. I love the top patio accessible from both bedrooms. The kitchen is great and towels are super soft. We went in the pool and were surprised to find a cute little park setting with a pond, fire pit, picnic tables, and hammock. It is centrally located between the entrance of Arches and downtown. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk and met super friendly people in the pool and on the way back to the condo. I'm so glad the last comment that said she had a bad last stay didn't change my mind to booking this place- we're in unit 6 and recommend it! We thought Cable Mountian
Lodge in Zion was the new family vacation but Moab and the Spings Ranch have it beat!!
