Pros:
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The condo was immaculate, and the pool and private park were beautiful. There is a very nicely shaded community lawn area out side the condo we were in, where our kids spent a few hours enjoying a game of tag with some other residents children. The place is well equipped for cooking and laundry, with plenty of room to spread out for quiet time.
On a previous trip to Moab I stayed in a local motel. I would have had to rent 2 rooms at the motel to accommodate the party we had this trip.
It would have cost more to do so than renting the condo, and not been nearly as accommodating.

Cons:
It is near the highway, so you do get highway noise. Most of Moab that I've seen is near the highway, so I'm not sure what's available for lodging away from it. Wasn't much of an issue for us, we just closed the windows at night and turned on the cooler. Otherwise we would have slept with windows open.

The hot tub was in the process of being replaced, and so wasn't available. Again, not too big of a deal for us, as we were in the pool with the kids during our free time.

This is the second time we've enjoyed the Moab Springs Ranch. We have stayed in Unit #9 which accomodates two families quite nicely. Since they are privately owned, I can only offer feedback on #9, although I'm guessing all the units are fantastic! The place is immaculate and well equipped. It's tastefully done, well laid out and peaceful. But for all you neat freaks out there, just know this place is CLEAN and I mean CLEAN!! The units also have garages--#9 had a two car garage attached. There is also a gas grill on the deck which is wonderful if you plan to cook most of your meals. We actually ate in the entire time, because the kitchen was so well-equipped, clean and just plain fun to use!

Moab gets very hot, so the private park truly is an oasis. We took advantage of the pool everyday. It's small (no diving board), but it was just fine for our group. There are bathrooms right by the pool, which was convenient. The kids loved the small pond and waded in the mini stream that runs throughout the grounds. Trees provided a great deal of shade and the hammocks were wonderful. Do bring bug spray--the mosquitos weren't bad, but with the pond there were a few. They have a fire pit near the pond with a stack of wood for guests to use--just need to bring a lighter. One evening, we walked over with the kids, lit a fire and made s'mores. The fire light and the lights around the pond and walk ways made the whole place magical. I highly recommend this wonderful place--it really is fabulous!!

Booked this condo on VRBO. What I booked and what I got were two different things. Instead of a 3 bedroom, I was switched to a 2 bedroom without notice. The property manager said that she made the switch because I had asked for best price on VRBO and this was the price of that unit. Unfortunately she didn't say anything to me about it-I wouldn't have booked it. The hot tub was not working. Although she said it just went down 'yesterday', the pile of leaves on it and around it as well as the junk deposited in the area makes me wonder. Couldn't sleep because of the traffic noise. I'm not usually hard to please, but this one is a loser.

Moab Springs Ranch is a condo development on north side of Moab that offers truly first rate accommodations. We fell in love with our two bedroom unit the moment we stepped through the door. It was spacious and in mint condition with all the fixings one associates with a luxury condo. Each unit is individually owned and rented out by the manager of the development. You pay $200 a night for it but it is definitely worth the splurge. There is also a very nice upscale restaurant on the property which offers a 10 per cent discount for condo residents. Moab itself is a bustling resort community offering rafting on the Colorado, 4wd trips and impressive hiking through Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It all made for a great experience. The only possible concern is that the development is just off the main road through Moab before you get into the town itself. There is a lot of traffic including trucks but the barrier walls do a good job of keeping the noise down. We were in the condo nearest to the road and found it not to be a problem, including when we sat outside on the very nice patio. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I travel to Moab often because it is only a few hours from our home. We have stayed at a different place each time, never happy with our previous lodgings. This time is different. We stayed at Unit #8 at Moab Springs Ranch. The condo was luxurious, spacious, well-equipped, centrally located, etc. The property is incredible, with a pool, hot tub, a park with hammocks, fire pits, streams, and picnic tables. We had our own two car garage.

Anyone who rents condos knows about the horror of "Owner Interior Decorating". Especially in Moab, everyone does a Southwest theme. There wasn't a single Kokopelli in sight here! It is contemporary and refreshing, colorful but not too colorful. I was very impressed with the design. The master bedroom felt more like a room at the Four Seasons than the typical Moab condo.

A group of 10 of us booked two condos (apartments) for two nights. It was wonderful!

The large condos are all privately owned and rented out to holidaymakers, so they felt very homely, and had everything we needed hidden in the drawers. Private garages, a meadow with hammocks and a pond, a pool and a shared hot tub were all available. We used the outdoor barbeque on the balcony as well.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late on the first night so she'd already gone home, but she left an envelope stuck to the door with a welcome and instructions so it was no problem.

Extremely convenient for Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point, Monument Valley and Canyonlands. The accommodation is situated on the outskirts of Moab, which is a lively yet laid-back town.

Two of the condos in the complex were about to come up for sale - we are seriously tempted.

This is a new development of condominiums situated to the north of Moab just one mile south of Arches NP on what appears to be one of the only green places in the area. Architecturally pleasing, the buildings blend into their surroundings on a site that includes mature cottonwood trees and streams. The complex, which is still being developed, currently includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, and what claims to be Moab's fanciest restaurant, The Desert Bistro.

Our party of three adults and two young children rented a condo for three nights. We found it to be designed and decorated to a high standard and comprised two bedrooms on the second floor with ensuite bathrooms and a large open plan living/kitchen area on the ground floor. This led out through doors onto a terrace with dining furniture and grill and on further into the grounds of the complex. There was plenty of storage throughout the property plus an outside store for bikes, skis, etc. Our condo had a parking space out front. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Overall this was a very comfortable, relaxing place. The slight drawback of this development is that, whilst it is set back from the main road, traffic noise is certainly noticeable at night in the bedrooms. However, we still decided it was the best place to be in Moab if we ever returned. The children particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as pursuing frogs and fish in the stream.
