Arriving at night it was tricky to find.
I was given a room called Brownstone in the new annex building.
First thing you notice is the fireplace and jacuzzi dominating the room. There's also a shower with luxurious towels and a private balcony.
The bed was okay but the pillows were forgettable.
There are no other amenities in the room, not even a TV, but you can use the kitchen downstairs.
There's free wifi and limited onsite parking.
The grounds were beautiful with wildflowers everywhere.
What lifted it above average was the included breakfast in the main building. A very social time was had by all and the food was excellent.
The owners, Steve and Nancy, are lovely and very helpful. They know their peninsular well and can give advice on what to do and see.More
