I've been going to this restaurant since it was first opened in the early 80s, and since it re-opened a few years ago. The restaurant situated at the top of one of the island's tallest buildings (about the ninth or tenth story) spins around, giving customers seated at perimeter tables a view of the entire island. Don't worry... the spin is slow enough where you barely notice it, as it takes the better part of an hour to make a full rotation. The menu has undergone some changes over the last year and the food is superb. Three-fish Kebabs, the pork loin, and the ribeye with pico di gallo are but a few of their delicious menu items. The prices are also very reasonable ranging between $9 and $25. This is a must-do restaurant if you are visiting Saipan... and sunsets from this spot can't be beaten.
