“Best scrambled eggs ever!!”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

and in an edible bread-bowl too.
Fisherman's wharf location (only?) - they have figured out how to serve terrific scrambled eggs for breakfast.
In a touristy location, no less.
Probably the best breakfast in the area.

“Loved this place”
Reviewed October 10, 2013

This bakery hums with excitement and it's little wonder. The bread is amazingly delicious and was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. We tried the pizza too, which was also really good!

“Fun Place to Visit & Eat”
Reviewed October 2, 2013 via mobile

Loved their sour dough bread. I had their clam chowder in a bread bowl and smoked salmon sandwich - yes on sour dough; tasty sandwich but fries were so, so. She had fish and chips; didn't like the fries. Bread was first rate tasty and lots of it.... with fresh butter - yum. It is a bakery and their bread sculptures are very interesting and edible. It's sorta like a living bread museum/bakery for fresh bread.

Still although the food is tasty very fresh and promptly served, the view we had was good and it was a clear day, and our waiter was indeed exceptional...,, still even for being in the center of tourist Mecca USA - we thought the experience was good and the food way over priced.

Still if your on vacation. What the heck? Check it out.

“Worth visiting even if you just look at the great baked items”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

We only visited here for some hot drinks and brownie's but it's worth coming in just to walk around the bakery and see all of the sourdough animals and watch the process of the baking taking place.

A great place to visit.

“Love their sourdough bread! Who doesn't?”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

Everyone recommended we eat here when they heard we were vacationing in San Francisco. We weren't disappointed. The bread was great. I had their clam chowder in a bread bowl and it was very good as well. The entire family enjoyed their meal.

No brainer. You gotta go here if visiting San Fran!
