“Wonderful cakes”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

We ordered 3 different cakes from Schubert's for a party and loved all of them. Our favorite one was the Swedish Princess followed by the Peach Mousse. The cakes are very tasty, very well decorated, and have just the right amount of sugar.

The service was also wonderful since I had to pre-order over the phone and had a friend pick up on site. The person on the phone was very courteous, attentive, and even helped out in selecting a different decoration for one of the cakes from the standard one. The cakes were also ready on time and the staff was very helpful in assisting my friend in carrying them out to her car.

Definite 5 star plus both in taste and service.

“Need a birthday cake?”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

For about $20 you could have the best birthday cake ever. They are very nice, well decorated cakes. Maybe some of them are a little sweet but come on, it's a birthday cake. It supposes to be sweet. I'm a fan of chocolate so I chose chocolate mousse with almonds. Delicious !!! Buy cake here and you could have a wonderful birthday.

“Beautiful cakes, but quite sugar-y!”
Reviewed June 18, 2013

We got the chocolate mousse. Beautiful presentation, but it was quite sweet. I would love to try one of their other flavors though!

“Princess Cake”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Princess Cake. Princess Cake. Princess Cake. Yes they have other lovely cakes that you will adore and anything here will put a big smile on the face of the lucky receipient.
Perfect Hostess Gift or Birthday Cake or heck it's Tuesday Cake. For non Princess Cakers it's not too sweet, layers of sponge, raspberry, and whipped cream wrapped with a scandalously thin marzipan skin. Prices are very reasonable at this old school outpost of sugar dreams. Not the new kid on the block of course or the trendster hot spot for pastry but its a WOW for sure.

“Best Bakery in Town”
Reviewed September 1, 2012

They have the best mousse cakes in town! We frequently get 2 different kinds (usually mango mousse and double chocolate mousse) because we can't decide on just one. You can go to their website and order online too. On holidays, the line can get long, but definitely well worth the wait (that's when ordering online comes in handy)!
