A San Francisco landmark and a great place to see the sunset or to end the night. Good drinks in a great location. A fun place to be...

“Perfect place to watch the sunset”
Reviewed January 29, 2014

Perched on top of a hill, this is a perfect place to watch the sunset. The service was great and prices decent. A wonderful way to end a day in SF.

“Beautiful View Bring Your Camera and Appetite!”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

We had breakfast here as we were staying in the hotel. There was a brunch or you could choose off the menu. We went for the brunch....delicious! Make sure you bring your camera because the view is fantastic. The service was wonderful! We definitely will come back!

“An Institution with Good Reason”
Reviewed January 22, 2014

There are just not that many places where you can sit in a beautiful, spacious room with amazing views of a great city, the Bay, the Bridges, the Pacific, and the western sky with a jazz band playing and have a drink and just enjoy. Obviously, a great place for a date and in our case a great place to take a son recently over 21 and show him a bit of what civilization has to offer. Drinks are about $14 a pop and a cheese and fruit platter was $24. Worthy of anyone's bucket list.

“Nice view. Average bar.”
Reviewed January 20, 2014

This bar is on the top floor of a tall hotel, affording gorgeous views of San Francisco. It would be a good place to bring a date, and in fact, that's what everyone else seemed to be doing. My lemon drop martini was sub-standard: all vodka and no lemon except for a bit of peel. The kobe beef sliders were great, and so was the crab cake. In our opinion, though, the "green (deviled with pesto) eggs and ham" and the pumpkin tart were the best items we ordered. Three drinks and the above small plates was about a hundred dollars.
