Spent 2 nights here with husband and 2 teenage sons-location is this hotels greatest asset-the building is over 100 years old so rooms are tiny and dark and plumbing leads to a trickling shower! Carpet is old and has retained the smell of years gone by. Felt like I was entering an up market brothel with dimly lit narrow corridors and layers of dark red paint! Staff answered our few questions adequately. Noise from car park outside our bathroom window was concerning-my son woke to man screaming outside in middle of night! Great restaurants nearby!
