Had a last minute overnight stay in the city so booked a queen bed room at the last minute on their website for $109, so very well priced for a good hotel. Other reviews are pretty spot on - it is an older place that has been renovated and yes the bathroom is a little small but clean, redone and very functional. Bed was good as were the sheets. It is clean and the staff was great. Mine was an even numbered room on the inside (courtyard) on the top floor (not odd numbered as noted in prior review). It was quiet and I had no problem with street noise. Only minor drawback is that heat and cooling is via a window unit so not great but it was off to the side so it did not blow on you while in bed, like many motels. The other window opened for cooling and you very rarely need AC in the City and not much heat. I would stay again but might balk a little if I had to pay $220 or more for a night.
