a) The location is very good. Right next to Union Square and close to shops and restaurants.
b) The reception hall is excellent in my opinion. It pretty much looks like what you see in the professional photos of this site.
c) Rooms are sort of stylish but as most people mention are small.
a) Reception staff are a bit relaxed and absent-minded. I reported that my remote control was not functioning. They never sent anyone to fix it.
b) The Skyroom at the top floor is not worth checking out as they wanted a cover charge of $10 (even from residents) and the stuff were rather on the unfriendly side. We had just one drink and left after half an hour after having spent $50.On the bright side: nice view from there
