We chose to stay in the Sheraton because the one we stayed in in LA was amazing but this couldn't be farther from the truth with this one.
The remodelling looks great in the lobby and the free Wifi is good but why not give free wifi in the rooms as well.
The room we had had views out onto a bus depo so not a great start. After unpacking we noticed the drawers under the tv were both broken, the drainage in the bath was painfully slow and there was mould on the ceiling.
When I reported these the hotel did come and fix them. But why am I having to report them! There should be a guest pre move in check conducted on the rooms to insure there are no problems. It shouldn't be down to guests to report!
After our first broken nights sleep we thought the noise might be a one off. The road next to our room and the bus depo was so loud and after unpacking the last thing you want to do is pack up and move rooms.
After 4 nights of awful sleep we have in and asked to move. They moved us to a pool view room which was much quiter but god knows what they were thinking with the bathroom decor it looks more like someone had a dirty protest than granite.....
No more shereton for us.
Ps the bed was bad too don't believe the hype.
