Our room was beautiful and clean. The bathroom was redone. I loved this hotel and would definietly stay again. The location was within walking distance of all the shopping and ATT park. We were able to walk all over San Francisco.

Ok its San Fran so its not cheap. But its excellent value. Position is great, being close to Union Square, restaurants etc. Checkin and checkout were very efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had an online deal which included valet parking. Would be worth looking for that because it is about $30 a night if not included. 5:30 to 6:30 is a lovely time in the foyer where you can mingle with guests in the free happy hour. Room was on top floor.. Quiet, good air con and comfortable bed. All in all a very good package.

We stayed there last year for 4 nights in december. At first we had a kind of noisy room, but after talking to the very helpful staff, we immediately got a more quite room. During our stay everybody of the hotel staff was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful.

The location of the hotel is also great. We only were there for the complimentary wine hour once, but it was also very nice and pleasant.

I would definitely come back to the hotel, when going back to San Francisco.

Staff was willing to go the extra mile when I checked in. I was in the area for a client meeting and needed to change into a suit ASAP, they offered a changing room. I also had a client change a meeting time on me and needed an early check in, they accommodated that too. I met other coworkers there and we all forgot our silverware for lunch one day, they sent some up to our meeting room right away. The hotel is fairly quiet and in a good location, close to coffee, etc. The wine reception each evening is nice too. Front lobby was a little cozy but not overly cramped. The decor is definitely nice. I travel to SF two to three times a year for work so I will definitely be back at this hotel again in the future.

My husband and i travel a lot. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were fabulously decorated, the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were well decorated. The bathroom was small but totally updated and had all the amenities. Don't miss the wine happy hour! The staff is so helpful and they were generous with the wine tasting! Also, we walked to a great restaurant just a shortt walk from hotel which was an alley with numerous restaurants. You feel like your staying at a brand new hotel...so clean and trendyl. Killer lobby

Spent the weekend here and I only have good things to say.

Great location: pubs and restaurants within short walking/staggering distance, easy walk to AT&T Park and shopping.

Great staff: very helpful, polite, and responsive to requests

Great building: older but recently updated. Still held on to its charm.

Decent price: Even though the price is a little high normally for my taste (I'm a cheapskate), it's totally worth it given its location and when you compare it with equal or even lesser hotels.

I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in SF.

Oh, you must be talking about Galleria Park hotel. This hotel is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed at in SF. Not only is it beautiful it is comfortable too. From the beds, to the shower, to the plush carpet - they have comfort nailed. The style of the rooms are phenominal too. If you do get the chance to stay here, be sure to check out the jogging track - beautiful. This is the only place I want to stay when I travel to SF.
