The hotel location is great you have everything close, every kind of restaurants, atractions, museums, interest points, etc But above all, the personal service that we recived from the staff made our trip unforgettable. Mr Hugo the concierge was very helpful, the front desk personnel give us a lot of tips and help us in everything we need specially with my wife insulin. The hotel restaurant is great, hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We stayed one night. We enjoyed the wine tasting and were very welcomed by Gillian. We also got help from Natilia (sp) at the concierge desk. It was my birthday and she set up a restaurant for us. When we arrived at said restaurant we were the greated and served splendidly.

I stayed at Tuscan Inn for a week-end while on business trip. I found the hotel through Expedia. It was 165$ / night which was close to being the best deal in Fisherman's Wharf.

The hotel is very elegant. The lobby is very nice and well decorated. Very welcoming. My room was not really big but it was very nice and very clean.

The hotel is located 2 blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf between Pier 41 & 43. There is a shopping center beside the hotel (Northpoint Center).

It is well located if you want to go around the city in bus. The Powell-Mason cable car is 2 blocks away and leads to Union Square. There is also a bus stop on North Point/Powell that can lead you to Coit Tower or to Chinatown.

So I would recommend this place for its price, location and because it is a nice and clean hotel.

We decided to spend several days in San Francisco playing tourist the week before Easter. The location near Fisherman's Wharf was ideal so we booked this hotel. What made our stay over the top was the personal service at check in and throughout our stay. The lovely clerk from Sidney was a delight and connected with us with warmth and suggestions for our stay. Then she went beyond our expectations the next day with printed ideas for a future visit to Sidney, Australia. I wrote a letter to Best Western corporate headquarters about her and we want to recognize this level of service on Trip Advisor too. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Room Tip: Rooms off the main wharf street would be quieter.

This hotel was in a perfect location at Fisherman's Wharf. We are a family of three and we were within walking distance of numerous places to eat, and all of the activity of FWharf. There is a Trader Joe's right around the corner, and the rooms have mini fridges, so we stocked up on waters, etc. We were on the first floor facing the street, quite a bit of traffic noise, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. Versus spending the money on bfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel, there is a fabulous Hollywood Cafe one block away - delicious bfast! The F-line station and other muni transit stations are within one or two blocks - we used public transportation during our four day stay and it worked out great. This hotel and the Holiday Inn Express up the street are in GREAT LOCATIONS for getting around. I would stay there again. Business center was nice, happy hour btween 5-6 each night was very busy, though we didn't participate. Front desk employees very friendly and helpful. A six prong charger in the room was perfect for charging all of our phones, electronics at once. Bathroom a fair size. Only complaint would be that the air unit was loud and was either blasting the person in the double bed closest to it, or off and toasty. Granted, SF was experiencing a heat wave during our visit, so we were cranking the A/C to 60 at night!

Room Tip: I would request to NOT be on the street side first floor.
