First time in on a recommendation from a friend who stayed in June. Nicely hidden in the toughest part of town. We had a great time. The valet Daniel on Tuesday morning greeted us as he parked the car. The parking price is what it is for SF either you pay the hotel or you pay some cheesy parking attendant to not really watch your car while they surf the web on their phone. Was turned off by the long Walk way to the reception area. I felt like I was at Willy Wonka chocolate factory. Once finally in we truly were surprised. Very unique library reception. Beverly checked us in gave us all the details of the property. The room was nicely put together. Huge comfortable king bed elegant robe for two in the room nice hair wash and conditioner. Randy overnight reception was awesome . He let us in as we forgot our key and we forgot the doors lock in the evening. The guy who checked us out was nice also seem to have really cared about how our stay went. I didn't catch his name because he didn't have a name tag. The evening reception Erica that was kind enough to upgrade our room on our last night as my mother in law decided to join us. We went to a double queen overlooking the cable car line.

My family and I all met at this hotel for a mini pre Christmas reunion. We were pleasantly surprised. Each member had a different room. My brother had a room with two queen beds on the 4th floor I had a room with a king bed on the same floor my other brother mother and sisters had rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors. Our king room was upgraded from what was originally booked and it was the best time my family and I have had in almost a year. Having the water and ice stations on each floor were great. The only downside we weren't all on the same floor. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The plush robes in the room were a plus. We would suggest having slippers in each room. We really enjoyed meeting in the game room on the second floor. The cafe was kind enough to serve us there instead of cafe area. Constantine from the cafe was very popular among my sisters. The kids and adults loved the old school paper boy video game. The valet Jesus (I think sorry if wrong) were very accommodating to all 12 members of my family. The prime location is superb being in Union square down fron the ice skating was very convenient for all the kids to be able to walk there. The reception area is uniquely hidden behind a braided rope in the library looking space. Rich Beverly and Lina were all very informative when asked of things in the area. Also Jason reccomended that we all ride the trolley to the pier it was a nice experience and we definitely reccomend the hotel to family travelers to the San Francisco area. Just be careful of the panhandlers in the area some are harmless but others look dreadful

It was a great stay we had a beautiful two bed room suite. We booked through third party and didnt know that we only booked a small queen room but Michelle upon arrival informed us that we would need something larger and she was correct. We will book direct from now on. All staffers were helpful at all encounters from the cleaning guy Ken to the valet Eddy and all of the front desk personal were great. Michelle gave us a lovely room and upgrade. Beverly was helpful with direction in union square and Jesus was great with translation for us as our english wasnt that good.but we made it through and really enjoyed

I stayed with dream force sales force it was my 1st time in the city I truly enjoyed this hidden gem. We were greatest by Jay in the valet doorman. From there we were lead down to reception where Rance and Rich checked us in to our rooms. The decor was just lovely truly updated to perfection one could not be more comfortable. Loved the Ily machine for more inf coffee the bathroom body wash was to die for. The bed was most comfortable plush bedding and quiet room. The hotel has a sketch location. But inside is a total different space. The turn cafe was small and unique somewhat over priced but good. Staff was helpful and pleasant at all times we had a good time

I booked Axiom through Hotels Tonight and I am so glad I did! I arrived in SF earlier then expected and I knew check in wasn't until 3PM but I decided to call and see if there was any way to get in earlier. From my first initial phone call to the moment I checked out, the service was beyond GREAT!!

The location of the hotel is in the prime spot- smack dab in the middle of everything! The room was amazing. Overlooked the main street so you could see everything going on. The room was spotless (clean) and well maintained. Bed- super comfy!

Axiom even has a cute little Robot that delivers room service and other toiletry items you may have forgotten back home.

I'm giving this place an A++ if you're in the area I highly recommend Axiom!
