Although I used to live in SF, I wanted a tour that would be fun and educational. Our guide Jay was passionate about the city, its history and architecture. He was articulate, polite and shared so many fun facts about the homes, the owners (past and present) and the city itself. We were a manageable group of 10 people and the walking tour managed to avoid any very steep hills. Toward the end of the tour Jay also provided a variety of restaurant recommendations; we ate lunch at one of those which was the best meal we had during our stay in San Francisco. Truly an outstanding tour!
