I loved everything about the Sunset Cruise! The people we great, one free drink with your ticket stub and good food. The romance was perfect especially because of the wonderful guitar players. Loved the Spanish flair. Normally we do not spend that much on a night out, it was worth every penny. Bring a jacket, you will get cold. Best night out in a long time and just perfect under the city lights. What more could you ask for?

We took two Red and White Fleet cruises on Saturday (we got on the wrong one, long story, so they gave it to us for free!). This family owned cruise line could NOT have been more gracious. The boat hands, the folks in the office, everyone who works for them..... And let's not forget the spectacular cruise experience, going under the Golden Gate Bridge, right past Alcatraz, along the coasts of Sausalito, Tiburon, Angel Island. There are a variety of cruises, we took the standard and the sunset dinner cruise. All-you-can-eat buffet style: salami and cheese, Boudin bread, potato salad, crostinis, turkey and veggie sandwiches, fruits, desserts, one drink included... Live entertainment upstairs (singer/guitarist). The combination of good food, friendly gracious staff, entertainment, and glorious views of the S.F. Bay cannot be beat.

We took a nice cruise around the San Francisco Bay during the afternoon. The long lines gave us a glimpse as to how popular this cruise and company, are. We had great views of Alcatraz Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge. We saw a seal! The boat was crowded to say the least, all the decks. We moved around quite a bit, and once you lose your seat, you lose it. It was very windy, but not too chilly. Bathrooms and food service on board.

We would have loved to have been able to hear the narrator give the history of the area, but it was very difficult, if not impossible most of the time. What we did hear was fascinating.

We took the one hour cruise (seemed to go longer, though, by the time you board and disembark). Yes, it is worth the money. There are several cruise companies to choose from, so be sure and check them all out and compare what you get for the price you pay.

My Family had the pleasure and good fortune to take the Red & White Fleet Explorer Cruise. We had a fantastic time. I am a Bay Area native, yet the cruise covered a part of San Franciso History and locations I had not previously explored. First off, Alcatraz is always fascinating, but then we circled Treasure Island and we saw and heard many things previously unknown. We all got quite a thrill traveling under the Bay Bridge and witnessed the new bridge construction up close...incredible. We then saw AT&T park from the water, followed by the return trip home along the piers and their' history. We had the good fortune of examining 4 foreign warships docked along the piers...magical. The staff was very friendly and helpful...a perfect outing!
