We loved the Woodstone Roasted Crab in garlic white wine. It was absolutely delicious!!! Fried Calamari was meh. Ceasar salad was fresh and tasty. We also ordered the White Clam pizza but it wasn't to our liking. The chicken scallopini was tasty but it was made with just a whole chicken breast and served with french fries (the menu said mashed potatos).

Elijah was our server and he was very friendly. The dining room itself was very comfortable and inviting.

Family-owned, great service. Fresh fish, old-fashioned atmosphere. Despite the prime location this wonderful restaurant as failed to change itself into a glitzy gimmicky over-priced tourist attraction.

After searching the web for a place to eat dinner in San francisco,we thought Capurro's was a good choice. Arriving there about 8:30 pm we were suprised to be turned away. Apparently losing the superbowl was too much for them. Told us there was another restaurant down the street that was open.

This restaurant is located right along Fisherman's Wharf. The menu was varied with several choices. Everything from Pasta to fish, chicken and steak. French bread placed on the table was delicious and plentiful! The servers were very courteous. We never felt rushed. I had a plate of clam linguini and it was delicious. We had a 10% discount card and they accepted it without a problem. Everyone from the first person that greeted us at the door to the assistant server (beverage and bread replinisher!) to our main server were friendlyand likable.

We ate here for lunch. They do have lunch specials as well as daily specials. I thought the food was just average. The price was also average for San Francisco. I would probably not return here to eat.
