Stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed by the service we received, by one person in particular, unfortunately did not catch his name. He allowed us to print some of our itinerary, scan documents (as my boyfriend had to send off some medical forms during our stay) and the day we checked out we had a 11pm flight, we made our way back to the hotel at 6pm to catch a shuttle (which he organised) and he offered us new towels and gel to freshen up.
The hotel itself is clean and is great to stay in but only for a few nights. The bed was not very comfortable but I still slept no problems. The street noise was quite loud and we were on the top floor, it was not so bad with the window closed but then the room got hot as you can't adjust the heat.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a 3 or 4 night stay :)

First time in San Francisco, so this was fairly easy accessible and easy to find coming from the airport on public transportation. Staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful, giving great directions and tips to everything we needed. The hotel was great value and was so close to everything- Union Square, Chinatown, Market Street...! Rooms were what you paid for considering the cheap price- although you rooms should be only a base and a place to sleep if you're in San Francisco!

Definitely minimalist - but clean and friendly. Great location, and as long as you're truly ready for a single bathroom for multiple rooms (tiny toilet!!, single shower - barely larger than the tub) the price is right. Not sure what market this is suited for - just a step up from a "hostel", but definitely not a standard hotel due to lack of bathroom. Hey - if you want to save your $, why not?

Room Tip: Ask for quieter room away from the street.

This hotel is in a perfect central location between union square and china town. The price was great compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The hotel is old but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were always helpful and friendly. They even gave us a choice of rooms. Eric was especially helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for more than 6 months and I am glad that I found this spot. The location is just great! It is close to many stores and restaurants. It was safe to get around at night time, which was fundamental to me considering that it is not that hard to find yourself in one of the sketchy areas/blocks in SF. I booked a room with a private bathroom. It was small but clean and in a decent condition. The staff was always very friendly and helpful especially Rodel, the manager. He is a valuable asset to the hotel. Every time I needed advice and suggestions, he was always ready to help me out. My five stars rating are definitely because of him!

Park Hotel is a nice and relatively cheap place to stay in San Francisco. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable. They are cleaned and towles are replaced everyday. There is strange smell on the corrdiors, but it might be because of the common kitchen on the third floor. Elevator is working but it is a little bit adventurous to go on it. The stuff is very nice and helpful.
