Have eaten here about every year or two and stopped for an impromtu lunch. We had a Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and Veggie omelette; both were served hot, large portions, and they were very tasty and filling. Although the restaurant was more than half empty, service seemed slow.
One exceptional positive experience was our elderly, Asian male busser who had a constant, infectious smile that brought smiles to all present. He also was not shy about offering refills on drinks, clearing tables of dirty dishes, nor assisting servers to check if the tables needed anything else.
