“Good place for lunch”
Reviewed March 30, 2013 via mobile

It actually was our first stop on our trip and for not knowing one fish place to another it was a great experience. Food came out timely, price was right, atmosphere relaxing, and the crab bisque soup was really filled with crab..nice tasting. Stop in at visit, u will not be disappointed.

“Underwhelming Dinner”
Reviewed March 24, 2013

We stopped at Lou's for dinner and out of all the meals I had in San Francisco, this one was probably the worst. We ordered the crab seafood bisque in a sourdough bread bowl and fish and chips. The bisque was luke warm and I had better sourdough bread at the Boudin bakery. When the fish and chips were brought out, the serving was quite small and it looked like they put a remainder of french fries for the day in the basket. It was surprising since the cost was $18.75. Our server only came to our table twice. The restaurant was busy but to me, it was much more hype than anything else. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere next time I'm in SF.

“slow kitchen”

Average food that took forever. The manager made no apology about the long wait. Poor experience. Food was acceptable.

“Nice lunch at Fisherman's Wharf”
Reviewed March 20, 2013

We bought a a Groupon for this restaurant before out San Francisco trip. We tried the Pacific Snapper sandwich, the shrimp pasta and shared the clam chowder. All were very good and the service was great. This is a nice place to stop for lunch if you are in the Fisherman's Wharf area.
We got there at 11:30 am and did not have to wait for a table. They also have great restrooms.

“Good food at Fisherman's Wharf”
Reviewed February 25, 2013 via mobile

If you're looking for a casual place with good food in the area, Lou's is a good choice. I had the fish & chips and it was very good. Try the white wine sangria!

They've got several tv's so it's a fun place to catch a game. Service was fast and friendly.
