Take a trip back in time -well at least to the sixties. The Haight-Ashbury section of San Francisco is like entering a time warp Woodstock era bands, tie dye, and head shops would be what come to mind. We stopped for lunch and the food here was really very good . We ordered the Devils on horseback, the burger and the fried green tomato sandwich- all were scrumptious . Also for the brews we tried the amber and their not so bitter ales both were fresh, smooth and not to hoppy. Pub itself is small, and could use a fresh coat of paint (hello -ceiling) there are not very many tables and booths are a bit tight. But don't let that deter you - all in all it is worth the wait, food was delicious ,service was friendly and prompt ,and price was reasonable. Would definitely return!
