“Yummy sandwiches”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

On our way back into town from a Golden Gate Bridge walk and stopped in this little cafe for a very late lunch. The sole employee, a lovely young French guy, made us great sandwiches on baguette and spoke French with our daughter. He couldn't have been nicer, and the meal was just right. Agree that the ambiance is lacking, but it's clean and good, which is all we needed. We enjoyed Petit Prince very much. Go -- and tell your friends in the Marina!

“Needs love”
Reviewed February 19, 2014

Great food. No ambiance. Needs someone to market the place and make it look a little nicer. It was near my hotel so they should promote to them for business.

“Good, but expensive”
Reviewed November 23, 2013

The food is OK, but not spectacular. The smoked salmon benedict had very little bernaise, and even that was watery. The eggs were cooked just right, so positive points there. The side salad was boring - basically lettuce with two small tomato slices on top. French press coffee was good, but why serve it in a paper cup with a lid? I'm not at Starbucks!
The benedict and a coffee come to $17... which is way too much, considering I left still hungry.
The place had no customers when I walked in at 9 AM Saturday, and the interior is very sparse. I won't be going back, and I doubt they will be open for long.
